If I could go lower I would. This isn’t a store issue but a corporate issue. I ordered ten pizzas with 6 days notice. Immediately realized that I place it for a day too early. Tried editing and canceling my order and was told I was not allowed even though I was still planning on getting pizza. Went to the store and the manager said she would make sure it was on the correct day. Pizza showed up a day early. Been waiting twenty five minutes now to speak to a person again

Crazy bread had no seasoning. Literally waited half an hour for them to give me a hot n ready. When I asked for a refund the pizza had been ready the whole time. The girl was just too busy to hand it to me. Horrible horrible location. Don’t even waste your time

Right here in the center of Friendswood, we now have our own Little Caesars. Blink and you might miss it…there isn’t even a sign up yet. Yup, it’s that new. (see pics)
Directly across the street from Friendswood Friends Church and close to the library, they couldn’t have picked a better location. It’s easy to find and plenty of parking is available.
Like other Little Caesars restaurants, if you place your order online, you’ll be notified as your food is prepared and know right away when it’s ready for pickup. You don’t even have to wait in line to collect it. (see pics)
I’ve read a couple of other reviews and seen that others were disappointed by the wait times. That’s why I’m writing this post. We’ve been there twice already and experienced fast and friendly service.
Yes. They are just starting up and are short staffed. Kimberly, the trainer, tells me they are currently looking to hire another 8 candidates. Walk in to apply.

This is the second time we’ve waited an hour for our pizzas. The manager sucks and under staffs the restaurant on weekends. We hoped the first time was a fluke but nope. The poor employee are so kind an apologetic but with only TWO employees on a Saturday evening how are they to keep up with endless orders?
Dear owner: retrain your manager or get a new one. Otherwise you’re going to have no employees.

My pizzas were dry i didnt eat but 4 pieces my wife are half a piece pizzas were not up to par of your product i came during a busy time the manager on duty said since i was waiting he was gonna make them the best will if you look the crust on bottom look like not baked all the way so had to be a off night will return pizzas in morning to have them remade please thank you regular customer .....

Horrible customer service I called at 4:00pm to place in an order for a later time and the lady was so rude with no help. Then she hung up the phone. This happened at 4:00 pm Saturday afternoon in the friendswood location. Hope her bosses/supervisor help her customer service skills Improve because I'll definitely not call here again. I couldn't even order a pizza she said online only. Sorry but I've ordered many times on the phone.

Only place I can put an order in, do my errands and still wait an hour for my pizza. Watching these guys and gals work is like watching paint dry and the food taste like paint.....on second thought I've rather eat paint. Low quality food, rude employees and extremely unprofessional behavior. Better off just closing this place.

Have attempted to get pizza here three times and each time have waited over an hour for our PRE-ORDER. Very understaffed and they barely acknowledge customers. The manager was just slumped over the counter chatting while the other two employees were working like slaves. She told them if they walked out she’d join them. Will never order from here again. The owner needs to get a hold on this or they’re going to find themselves out of business within a year.

I don’t even have words for what I just experienced. Pre-ordered pizzas still not ready over an hr later. The young employee literally dropped to her knees and had a temper tantrum because I asked for my pizzas. Then I asked to speak to the manager and they told me I cannot speak to her because she was on a mental break. The gentleman told me he couldn’t help me because he doesn’t really work there he only works in the back. I asked for a refund and they still told me the manager would not come out. She finally came out and was so rude and could care less when anyone got their pizza. I truly believe the company is hiring these people because they can under pay them and overwork them. The worst customer service of my life. I will never return. We have given them too many chances already.

I went to this location once, soon after it opened and then again months later and had virtually the same experience: they blew past the estimated pizza cook time on my online order (20+ minutes) and the pizza was undercooked and prepped not up to standards. They are not visible when you come in or really available to answer questions about the extended ETA, it's just pizza limbo. It does not seem to be staffed adequately to be a viable business. Not sure if it's a Producers scheme or what but I will be going to any other franchise in the area where I've never had any level of these problems.
Update: I also seem to have gotten possible food poisoning. Were I a betting man, I would guess it's from the way having one person handle both the oven and boxing orders doesn't function at all and leaving all the pizza and chicken staged out on the counter away from any heat source for long periods of time isn't sanitary.
