It’s a beautiful local place! Jason was the most nice person in Malaysia. During our brunch he gave us a whole history class, sharing a traditional drink also. The food is fresh and absolutely wonderful cooked by himself. He made vegan options for us! The decoration is like a vinyls studio and great music! Everyone should come here if you are in Malacca definitely! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! I was only in Malacca for 3 nights and I was here every day - What amazingly welcoming and lovely people Jason and Sam are. Being 19 and solo travelling in Malaysia for the first time, I was a little trepidatious while getting off the bus in Malaka for the first time, but this did not last long as I met sam through a mutual friend, and she invited me to see her and Jason’s café! From here I was encouraged to request tracks, put on some recordes and enjoyed chatting about music from my home country (England). Jason gave some great advice about the local area and things to see and even brought me some local, traditional deserts to try! (See the pic attached 🍰) Their place is very well situated, just a stones though from Jonker Street where the market is held. This means it attracts a great mix of locals and tourists alike, coming together to share their stories / culture and drink a few beers. What an amazing atmosphere they manage to create, I would recommend it as a must see for anyone travelling though. Thank you for an experience that I’m sure I’ll still be recounting for decades to come; sharing your friends and your culture with such a young person has a huge impact and one I won’t soon forget. you’re some of the good ones - Max. This cafe/bar (and the people we met there) has been the highlight of our trip. Jason (the guy who runs it) is charming, earnest, and fun. The local rice wine he serves is charming and refreshing. The patrons are cool and friendly. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We discovered this charming place being run by the brother and sister duo of Jason and Samantha. The place is extremely lively and they have good jazz and classic rock music playing. Food is very fresh. We tried the avocado and smoked chicken sandwich which was amazing. We visited them 3 times during our stay at melacca so we could try the awesome food they served. Upstairs is a vinyl studio with very nice memorabilia that you can buy. The coffee is really good and strong and the beer is cold. The hosts are welcoming and gave a few pointers on where all we can travel in the city. Hope to visit this awesome cafe in the future. Love the Ginger Beer! Samantha and Jason are lovely! We enjoyed our time there just sipping their delicious home brewed Lemonade and Ginger Beer while chatting with good people and having amazing ambiance. Jason also showed us some of his vinyl collection. It was beautiful! Definitely will come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an absolute hidden gem. Randomly chanced upon this place while walking along Jonker Street and the decision to go in was definitely the right one that my partner and I came back more than once. The homemade sourdough bread with avocado and handmade pasta was so good and made with love. The upstairs vinyl studio is a very nice and chill place for classic music lovers. Joined the bicycle tour they had too and it was so fun going places around Malacca that I didn't know existed. Best part of this place is the awesome people. Thank you Jason and Sam for the amazing time. We will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️ Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent hospitality by Jason who spared no effort in making sure we enjoyed ourselves - be it the food, sharing about Melaka and her deep heritage, and about vinyl records! Truly a cafe where music and food brings all together. Highly recommended to all, even if you’re just looking to beat the heat :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 40–60 Recommended dishes Sourdough Toast Avocado

I fell in love with this place and the people there. From the beginning on I felt very welcomed, had good chats and got the best food I had so far. Unique and delicious. Upstairs there’s a Vinyl library with over 1000 vinyls and Jason knows his music so good. Enjoy your time, you won’t regret it. Highly recommended
Great place for vegans, party goers or chill heads =) Jason will take care of your any desire! Home made kombucha and pastas are part of the menu and the chef likes to innovate. If you like vinyls, good food and a good atmosphere, this is the place to be ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
