Came in here with some family members and the meal was okay and it was a pleasant experience but the waitress made us to move things for her instead of asking us for help as if it it was expected and it just didn't feel right but I'm not mad about that. The meatball appetizer is just frozen meatballs reheated and covered in cheese and sauce to which the meatballs didn't have much flavor I had hoped they were freshly prepared. The waitress helped us customize the pizza and didn't charge us for the additional toppings which was very kind of her, but the pizza wasn't cut very well and some slices were ridiculous in size where some of us had 1 slice and another had 3, the pizza wasn't unison with the tray either which made it smaller than what we ordered in terms of pricing. I really liked this place but I am curious as to what changed, ownership, management, perhaps an illness so they were short staffed, I am very baffled. Pastas weren't great the spaghetti sauce is just tomato sauce without herbs and it's not the best but the garlic bread was good and the pizza looked good although the staff needs training in customer service and kindness they should not be rushing people also drinks may only be refilled once but they never even asked us if we wanted another drink. This used to be an excellent restaurant. However, they decided to change it and could care less about the customer. When you’re charged for water with your meal, it is absolutely abominable. It took a good 10 minutes for someone to recognize we were there to Cito’s, and then another 10 minutes we were left sitting there. What used to be a fun good meal has definitely changed. The garlic breadsticks were delicious. The bbq chicken pizza was interesting because it had both bbq and marinara sauce on it. I would get it again. I will definitely do takeout here in the future. The food was good. The music was a good volume (not too loud). The decor was a little dated but the rest of the customers were older and didn't seem to mind. This is a place I think my grandparents would like.

Our first visit was everything we wanted it to be! We ordered pizza and spaghetti and it was top tier quality and taste. We were seated right away and and were met with friendly service several times during dinner. I look forward to stopping by for a "to go" pizzq during lunch this week. We got some pizza and it was amazing. Great sauce, cheese, and toppings. Only down sides was the service. They were nice but had signs up about being short staffed. There were about ten customers during my whole visit, including us, at at least 3 wait staff plus however many were in the kitchen. It took a long time before we were able to order even though we saw the other wait staff chatting while prepping utensils. When our water came out the server had noticed something in the water and immediately replaced it. Still made me nervous to drink it after. I also noticed our plates had permanent stains. I really want to like this place, the pizza is fantastic at a fair price! Sounds like a great place at first, but the service is just horrible. There is 3 tables full, staff sitting around literally everywhere, dirty dishes, and everything looks run down and old. There is no reason to be slow with the staff i visually saw there doing nothing. It needs some care. And honestly, the place has signs and posters joking about how lazy everyone is here, well, they are not wrong..... dont know why you advertise it though...... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some of the best Italian food in the Ogden area. I really enjoy the lasagna, meat balls, ravioli and cheese sticks. Not the fanciest on the inside but it doesn't need to be to serve good food. If you haven't tried this place I would definitely recommend it.
