It was our anniversary. We were greeted with happy anniversary when we walked in. Our server greeted us the same. We recorded a card signed by the staff. The food was more than we expected in Spartanburg. In fact, this is a restaurant that tastes with those from Scottsdale, Az. The Ceasar Salad...oh my, truly the best!

Caesar Salad
We celebrated an anniversary here recently. The food was not only delicious, but their crab cake was the best I've ever had!! There was a bit of confusion about the water options and we unexpectedly paid for an $8 bottle of mineral water. I'm happy we ate at the start of the evening because the wait time was substantial when we were leaving. While it was too hot to dine outside, the views were beautiful!

It was a great place for my wife and I to have a monthly date night. It had the great local photography on the walls throughout the restaurant that had me trying to figure out where the beautiful photos were taken. I appreciated the entrance and the staff that greeted you, they were very friendly. The wait staff offered items from the menu that were their favorites and were helpful and made you feel at ease with the ordering process. I sometimes have no idea what I want to eat or drink, but I know one item, such as steak or salmon. Food was delivered on time and just was I was expecting. The wait staff was very attentive to any request made. I would come back for another meal and bring some friends.

Happy Birthday to my mother.
Mother's choice for her birthday and it was a treat for all! Whit and Deana made sure we didn't miss a beat from appetizers to cutting our brought in birthday cake!
We had a party of 10 from 6 yrs old to 85 and everyone had a great experience.
Appetizers were calamari, shrimp cocktail, and Nola Shrimp. All had rave reviews. The calamari was so tender it melted in your mouth.
Some of our main meals were surf & turf with lobster tails, shrimp gnocchi, and duck those folks were all the clean plate club award recipients.
Shareable sides I strongly support ordering the Mac and Cheese it was macalicious!
The bread deserves an encore as well. All around rave reviews.

Crispy Calamari
Good afternoon friends. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at this restaurant. Very nice view from the 10th floor. The order was made in advance. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere. Attentive waiters. The cuisine is very tasty. The order was prepared quickly and beautifully. We spent $220 for a family of 5. The food is beautifully presented, very large portions. Thanks for the good time with the family.

Went last night for a birthday dinner. The food was TERRIBLE! For the price you would think you would be getting amazing food that was not what was received. My steak tasted burnt, i asked for medium well it was well done for the most part. I got them to pack the food to go and they left my whole side of spinach out and that happened to be the best part of my dinner. Overall i wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I was giving them another try and it was another epic fail! I could’ve had fast food and been satisfied! This restaurant is such a disappointment

We really enjoyed our Valentines Day dinner here! We had the she crab soup, Porterhouse steak, crab cakes, and crème brûlée. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the center. The wine choices were great! The service was also great. I highly recommend for a delicious special occasion restaurant!

My husband and I went to dinner the other night here and it was fantastic! Rick Erwin's level on 10 is a gem! My husband ordered the steak with a side of baked mac and cheese and I ordered the sesame crusted salmon. We had the calamari appetizer and homemade bread. It was delicious! We were well taken care of by Deanna and Maddy. Their hospitality in addition to the atmosphere and good food made our experience memorable and fun. We would highly recommend Rick Erwin's level on 10 for anyone wanting a genuinely superb dining experience.

I cannot comment on the quality of the food or drinks because I was ignored at the bar for 20 minutes. After I requested a menu, I was further ignored. Staff made no eye contact and did not seem interested in serving me. They were happy to serve three other patrons that arrived at the bar after myself, so I hope those people enjoyed their drinks.

Located on the 10th floor of the AC Hotel, Level 10 is not a chain restaurant, it is Spartanburg's Finest Steak and Seafood restaurant. Level 10 offers both indoor and outdoor seating, the also offer a beautiful private dining room with its own private balcony, it is the sixth restaurant opened by the Rick Erwin Dining Group.
Walk into the elegantly decorated modern dining room, filled with plenty of natural light from the many large windows that offer those impressive panoramic views of the city is quite impressive. Equally impressive is the attention to detail added to the upscale furniture, such as decorative booth pillows, that makes this dining room so comfortable and unique from many others.
Whether it be at the bar or one of the dining room tables, there is not a bad seat in the house. What really enjoyed was the fact this is an upscale NON chain steakhouse that offers a progressive menu that even a vegetarian can order happily from.
I have said it before and I will say it again, I a truffle freak! So naturally I had to try the Truffle Potato Croquettes. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, surrounded by their smoked paprika aioli, absolutely delicious. I also adore a good house made pesto sauce. Traditional pesto is a thick, green sauce that tastes bright and herby from the basil, and salty and rich from the cheeses and pine nuts. A good cream-based sauce comes in a bit milder and much creamier. I especially enjoyed theirs since it is more cream based, it comes right in the middle, not too heavy, not to light and creamy enough to coat the Gnocchi like a fine gravy.
This is a classy place with great ownership, it was very nice to be greeted by Rick Erwin and the General Manager Travis Donovan.
