I live near this place. Susan and Werner and family are the nicest people ever. Simple sports pub but excellent value, and nice burgers and chips etc. Great place for watching sport. The park surroundings are great and somehow it always feels like a holiday. Great find! Nice pub with friendly atmosphere. Very good beer special, and quite a nice pie and chips. They have multiple big screens for watching the games and also pool, and table tennis tables to make use of at half time.
