Best shrimp noodles. The broth is thick & packed with umami. The stir fried cabbage that served with the noodles have Wok Hey. Must try their chili as well, with dry shrimp & flavourful. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

really not bad, but perhaps not worth the price. the shrimp broth is really good, more concentrated and heavier in flavour compared to regular prawn noodles, but lack the spicy hit. the ebiko prawn balls are excellent. the dry tossed noodle really similar to mala dry noodle, the mala taste overwhelms other flavours. side dishes are normal, below average. overall its an enjoyable meal, but rm40 per pax is a bit too high for this level of quality. its above average, but i wouldnt call it excellent or damn delicious. service is good, and fast. Staff is attentive and friendly. There’s an option where u can request the prawn to be de-shelled. This is very thoughtful of them. Portion were ok. Prefer dry version more. Prawn broth is more towards smoky bbq taste & prawn taste can be hardly tasted. Slightly on the high side for the pricing. Shrimp Noodle Bar offer seafood broth based noodle and they also have dry type with addition chili flakes and oil. The broth based noodle was good, the soup has the strong shrimp sweetness, the noodle texture is like ramen style. Prawns are big even on those dumpling. The dry type, was a bit spicy and numbing, vinegar like chili oil. However, price is at high side. A person would easily eat up to rm40. [too rich ah?] 1) Overall - Japanese noodle shop specialized in prawn and shrimp noodle, ok cleanliness and service, signature food selection are shrimp broth, shrimp ramen, spicy prawn ball, prawn soup, dumpling, prawn broth, noodle soup and more from Le Shrimp Noodle Bar @ IOI City Mall 2) ebiko prawn ball tossed noodle - tiny portion, flavourful, springy noodle 3) le signature trip shrimp ramen - sweet prawn broth, disappointed on the mix of ingredient, with the price, we are expecting something more premium Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I have pass by this cafe few times and its always empty. Today i decide to try it out of curiosity. Boy oh boy! The noodles with the prawn broth is superbly good. They serve with 2 big juicy sweet prawn. The taste reminds me of lobster bisque. After i put the chilli oil the whole goodness kick my tastebud and really really nice. Trust me. Do come and try while the chef cooks it really good.😉😉😉 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very good shrimp based broth ramen. Flavorful bomb bowl of soup yet not overwhelming and burdensome after drinking. Flavours are just nice/balanced for me as well whilst packing a lot of shrimp flavour. Dumpling skin is on the thinner and silkier style side. Good filling. Stir fried veges on the side is super flavorful too. The dry ramen is pretty good with solid chunks of white tuna with it. Also again very flavour packed soy/onion oil aroma. Some minor gripes i have are that serving speed can be slightly slow and slower during packed tables or overflowing takeaway orders ahead. As each bowl of noodles seems to be made upon order as some component of most dishes seems to be made/wok fried on the spot. Also I would suggest giving slightly more portions of spring onions/cilantro if possible, especially for the dry ramen. As well as maybe some bok choy vege on the side. But nothing too major overall. Will patron again for sure as the soup base alone is to die for especially if you’re a prawn/seafood-y broth lover. Huge bummer for potential patrons who are allergic to shrimp tho. Ordered shrimp broth with chicken wantan and handtossed ramen with chicken karaage. Not much selection on the menu other than ramen. Price is a bit pricey. Ordered extra dimsum- taste good just like the outlet Leten in Mitsui. The hand tossed ramen tasted like wantan noodle. The ramen with shrimp beoth tasted real good. The portions are big so i really like that. Just the down side was the table for 4 is too small . Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
