Very nice place for good musical atmosphere, djerbian music and lots of fun. Lemonade was good. Service was nice. No complaints

We went there over a week ago. Two families going somewhere nice to enjoy a good dinner. You know when you're in a holiday mood that nothing and no one can ruin? That was me that evening. So, it wasn't ruined when the waiters kept us standing while they were fighting over spots. It wasn't ruined when he brought us the restaurant menu and literally everything we ordered was "unavailable". The guy looked shocked when I asked for "brik" despite the fact that the menu said they offered 3 varieties, there was no fish, no meat, not even mushroom for the mushroom-based dish that THE WAITER has suggested we take. He said he would make up for all that with generous quantities of rice 😁. Guess what? There was no rice! 😂😂
The restrooms? A mess. Unclean, no soap...you'd find better ones on some deserted roads.
Still very resistant, my mood couldn't be ruined...YET.
Comes the time to pay. We asked for a ticket, they said we "didn't need one". We said we were splitting. The cashier (yes, you had to pay at the cashier's) said "It's X amount. Pay 50% each." We said it was inacceptable that we couldn't see a receipt. So in the most condescending manner, he said: "Well, go file a claim!"
And there came the moment my holiday mood for the day was irreversibly ruined.
Never setting foot there again!

Wir haben hier einen netten Abend gehabt. Das Essen ist gut. Es gibt u. a. verschiedene Auswahl an Burger und Crêpes. Die Auswahl an Cocktails und Säfte ist vielfältig. Als wir gestern da waren, gab es Live-Musik und DJ. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Der Service ist super. Eine Vorreservierung ist nicht notwendig. Wir waren um ca. 21:30 Uhr da und konnten uns einen guten Platz aussuchen. Parken ist vor dem Lokal am Straßenrand problemlos möglich.

Très satisfaite de notre soirée ici.
Nourriture excellente , pain burger et pâte pizza fait maison.
Le patron très sociable et à l’écoute de ses clients.
Personnel très sympathique et réactif.
Ambiance parfaite avec un côté relaxant et ambianciant avec un musicien dj.
Je recommande et quand je reviendrais à djerba je n’hésiterai pas à faire un détour au Riad!
