Lovely place and great atmosphere. Service was prompt even though it was pretty busy. The chips were fresh and the dip was really good. The entree was good but not awesome. The queso dip was very runny, like soup. The meat in the dishes were kind of bland. They did give us quite a bit of food but we found ourselves using some salt and pepper, to get some flavor. The price of the dishes were cheaper than other restaurants in the area, so overall a good place to go to get a decent meal and a beer. 5 stars all the way. No wait on a Saturday evening and the food came out so quickly. Service was friendly, but the best part was the food. We had the Original margarita, chimichanga Fundido and the carnitas fajitas! Best Mexican food in a long time. I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance! The food here is absolutely amazing! Probably some of the best Chile Rellenos I've ever had!! They were crunchy on the outside, but gooey cheesy deliciousness on the inside and smothered in sauce. The cheese enchiladas were fantastic and the freshly made salsa and chips were an excellent app! These guys are awesome! We had an impromptu large party for dinner tonight. We called earlier in, and while they don't take reservations, they said they could take care of us when we got there. They were MORE than accommodating. They were able to fit all 19 (yes, 19 🫢) of us who were in town for a baby shower. The margaritas and chips and salsa were tasty, entrees were better! I ordered the chimichanga and it was delicious, but I should have got the fajitas (I know, it's in the name, should have known better) because they were top notch! But all in all, the service and staff are the highlight. They were so patient and so kind. Service was incredibly fast and 100% accurate. Cheers, thank you all for being so great. Until next time! This a clean, decent Mexican restaurant that didn’t fully live up to the other good reviews, and the reason we wanted to give it a try. The salsa with chips was chunky and tasted fresh. The quesadilla appetizer was greasy but still good enough to eat by our kiddo. The combo plates are a good deal and I got a crispy chili relleno that was so smothered in sauce I am still not sure how I feel about it, a very dry and disappointing pork tamale, and finally a chicken enchilada that was very bland (the chicken particularly). My spouse got the steak street tacos that she enjoyed, and the rice and beans with our meals were above average, tasting better than expected. Overall—good portions, clean place, and just disappointed in some of the food. We would go again, just not in a rush anytime soon. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Today I ordered the Camarones Camperos TO-GO and did not get Spanish rice, or ranch dressing instead I received my 6 shrimps with a huge salad instead of a “small” salad. I have eaten here many times and every time the food and service have been great!! Last time I went to pick up an online order because I figured Friday night was going to be busy. Obviously the restaurant was packed when I pulled up! From me walking in and picking up my food, 5 employees said hi, and have a nice night! Also the food was delicious! Highly recommend! This place has an excellent menu, great food, very friendly staff, and an adorable interior. They completely remodeled the space and added an outdoor patio. Very kid friendly. Highly recommend this quiet neighborhood new restaurant!
