We wait around 35 minutes to get a waiters & it wasn’t a lot of people eating,they need to get better & happier people for service or make them excited about the job by paying them more that’s my opinion… the food was great, love the pizza & the burger .The waiter that served us was super great, she didn’t have to serve us cause wasn’t her turn to serve but she knew that we were waiting a lot,she apologized for the inconvenience & she knew that it wasn’t right .

So nice to be able to get a gluten free pizza here! Been slim pickings for us gluten free people so I was pleasantly surprised! I would recommend getting the bolognese pizza or add toppings. My kids pizzas that were not gluten free were very large portions. The kids burger came plan but our server Keyla was great about bringing lettuce, tomatoes and ketchup for our little one to put on his burger. The atmosphere is beautiful! Totally casual! You can come up from the pool and grab a quick bite to eat and then head back down to the pool. Filling and does the trick.
The views from here are nice but the food is not great. I had salad that came wet so no dressing wanted to stick to it, the wings were over cooked and the sauce only came on the side rather than being tossed in it. They get two stars because the pizza was pretty good, although it tasted like I was eating a cheese pizza even though it had pork and plantains on top.

We ate here twice simply because the kids were enjoying the pool and we didn’t want to drag them away from it. One time was absolutely awful and the other was mediocre. Friday night, our drinks took 45 minutes to arrive and when they arrived, only 4 of the 6 of us had drinks because the waitress forgot the others and those poor two souls waited 10 more minutes. The drinks were good, and I honestly would have had more than one if she’d bothered to check in with us or deliver anything in a timely manner. The dinner arrived an hour and a half after we ordered (except for the boys’ pizza which showed up with the drinks) and everything was cold, cold, cold. The waitress offered to get new plates of food for us but, honestly, after waiting that long for food there was no way we were chancing waiting again. We ordered appetizers that showed up with our dinner. I ordered the stuffed plantain dinner and was horrified when it showed up with nasty ground taco meat and canned nacho cheese on it. After eating some authentic canoas de platanos earlier at Loquillo Beach, I was absolutely appalled at the version that an establishment like Waldorf Austoria would serve its clientele. So, I scraped off the Taco Bell quality stuffing and just ate the cold plantain. Saturday night, we ordered smarter: classic bar food like the quesadilla and wings and the food was warm and edible. Our server that night was extremely personable and fun. He was a bit quicker than the woman before but not exactly stellar.
In short, do NOT take risks. Order simple bar food. Do not expect even half way decent service. The live music, pool, breeze, convenience and views are the only things that this restaurant has going for it. I would really recommend hopping in the car and driving down to Las Casitas Picadera & Cafe in Fajardo instead of eating here. A third of the price and a million times better. It’s family owned and the service is impeccable and the food is authentic and delicious.
😳………30 mins before a waiter saw us. Another 30 mins we got a drink. Then another 30 mins we got our appetizers. The Food was cold. I felt bad for the waiter because he was hustling he really was trying to work hard but I guess he didn’t have any help🤷♂️ who knows!! Food was not good at all. The waiter seemed nice though poor guy. But I would not come here again…Overpriced food and terrible service!!! It’s disappointing when you take your family to a nice resort and the food is not even close to being good quality. Oh well enjoy the view is what I recommend looks beautiful😇Bella vista😉
It took more than an hour for a simple greek salad which was not even complete. The olives and feta cheese were missing. The pizza wasn’t warm anymore and worse than a ready to go fridge pizza.
