The menu of Chinese cuisine is recommended to degust at this restaurant. The recipe for success of Lam Taste is its good crab rangoon, tofu and singapore noodles. This place is good for guests who have dinner in a hurry as they can order dishes as a takeout. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The professional service is a big plus of this spot. Prices are found affordable here. But this restaurant has been rated below average by Google.

I really enjoyed the general tso lunch special! The chicken was nice and crispy chicken and the portion was plentiful that came with fried rice and a spring roll. The best part is they are halal certified and when we called the supplier they confirmed they are also hand slaughtered halal. The owner was so sweet and kind. Will definitely be coming back. The General Tso’s chicken is a definite best here. I also really liked the sesame chicken. You get a portion of rice with every entree so Id say it’s a pretty bang for your buck kind of thing. Atmosphere is nice and cozy and the ladies who work there are also nice but not overly so, pretty casual all around. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sesame Chicken
Don't judge a book by its cover...I went here because I was craving crab Rangoon and it was the closest place. I also ordered a sesame chicken combo. The place is in a strip mall, and the small dining room is now delivery only. It looks more like an office space than a restaurant from the entry. But... oh my gosh the food was SO GOOD. Probably the best Chinese takeout I've had in a long time, and I'm very picky. Also, there was enough food for two people. I will be back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
I remember many years ago, this family had a restaurant in Oxford; Golden Dragon. I use to go when visiting friends in that area. Some of my favorite Chinese food in the state of Michigan. I heard they re opened a new restaurant under a new name. So when I traveled home I made a point to drive that way to get some of the locals best. Located in this big plaza while heading north it was tough to see signage. But GPS led me so fortunately I knew where to look. Plenty of parking outside so no issue in the lot. Few people waiting for carry out, was greeted with a warm welcome when entering. They were busy so I let em know I was in no rush. Menus so big and I was by myself so i ordered more than I needed but I wanted to try more than one thing. It’s a bad habit but I do it often. A favorite of mine not found where I live now in Florida; is the Almond Boneless Chicken dish. I ordered that combo style which came with fried rice and egg roll. Crab Ragoon, pot stickers & golden bricks for dessert. Plenty if room to dine in if you have the time, I went carry out and rushed back home which was a 30min drive. The food still held well, and the chicken was still crispy. 100% would have been even better there but I didn’t have the time. Both apps were held well and tasted great. The pot stickers sauce was spicy which was perfect. As always the Lam family was working and saw both husband & wife working together and serving plenty of patrons. Always good to see them healthy and working hard. Next time in Michigan will stop by again. Great food, family owned awesome hospitality.

It’s ok. The egg rolls were pretty good. I’ve had worse and better. Food seemed salty. Mostly good flavor but the sauce tasted like veg n broccoli .🥦 The egg drop soup was not great. Some of my least favorite. No one ate the soup, It was nice how the crackers that came with it seemed fresh and warm. Sesame chicken was sorta soggy. But the chicken looked like while pieces of white meat! It looked like quality Ingredients. The fried rice was alright. Not bad or exceptional. If I were to ever go back I’d order something different. I’ll probably stick to making Chinese food at home. Almost forgot to mention that the service was very quick! Food was done in 10 minuets!
The very best WONTON soup. Hearty and flavorful. The steamed dumplings are huge n so tasty. Quality all the way. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went there yesterday after reading the reviews, but the food was terrible. I ordered chicken with broccoli, but the broccoli was hard and raw. The chicken had a bad odor, and the rice was hard. We also ordered lo mein, but it seemed like they had cooked it with an excessive amount of soy sauce. Additionally, we ordered steamed dumplings, but they arrived cold. I would advise ordering only one dish at a time; otherwise, you may regret it. Furthermore, the food was quite expensive. We ordered General Tso’s Chicken and Kung Pao Shrimp. My first impression is that everything tasted FRESH! The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside just as General Tso’s Chicken should be. The sauce was a great balance of spicy and sweet. The Kung Pao Shrimp was likewise delicious and spice level was medium as promised. The flavor was amazing. The portions were generous and one dish was more than enough for two people to share. The white rice was also perfect, slightly sticky just as it should be. Everyone enjoyed the meal and we will be ordering again. For those folks for whom it matters, their meat is sourced halal with the appropriate certification well-displayed.
