After looking at Roman Villa, have a meal at Lakeside. Come to this restaurant to taste nicely cooked pasta, cordon bleu and tapas. After a long working day, you can try delicious wine. The food is very fresh and tastes excellent. The service is friendly. This place has a nice view on the lake. The athmosphere is good and so is the music. Perhaps a bit more expensive then elsewhere in Echternach, but the quality is much better, so definitely worth it. Contemporary interior and styling. Clean hygienic facilities.

Nice view from the terrace and cosy ambiance inside. Stopped just for a coffee, it took 20 minutes for ordering it.

The restaurant has a nice view and is very modern but that does not make them starcooks asking those tremendous prices!!! Main dishes are served in ridiculous portions, and it is not even that good. We all went home hungry!!! Starters are not bigger than an egg, starting at around 20€! Main dishes around 30€ an desserts around 20€ as well. It is a nice wedding location e.g. but I will never come back.

In order to select the perfect place for our wedding meal, we planned an extended lunch, we stopped by this gem. Although we only had a cold drink we were served quickly, politely, in three languages. The view over the lake from the splendid terrace is magnificent, so we selected it for the big day. We reserved a table for 7 in the shade as a hot day was forecast. We were given the choice to select from their menu or we could ask for something to or own liking. On arrival everything was as expected, waiting for us. The service was absolutely perfect, attentive but not in your face, quick, clean, and without fault. The wine menu (without counting) showed close to 100 different wines. When we asked for a recommendation we received one including reasoning, so not just a sales pitch. One particular small dish has some alcohol in it, one of or guests didn't like that and without hesitation was offered an alternative very quickly. The food was perfectly cooked, tasted absolutely fantastic, and its presentation was gorgeous. A five course wedding meal including champagne, wine, coffee, digestive for 6 people for about €500 and perfect service is not too much. We would come here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Definitely one of the best views! Awesome cocktails, modern french cuisine creatively arranged on fancy plates, making your tongue explode. On the picture you can see "Cochon de lait, échalote, jus de chou, choucroute grillée". A glorious dish of tenderness and a taste giving you a wow-effect. As always, for dessert, I took the "Häremillen gourmand" as I need a lot of variety. If I can give you an advice, when it's hit outside, replace your café by a "Café glacée"! It's not marked on their menu but you can ask for it. Definitely worth for those who can waive on the quantities and prefer quality! It was a great visit and I forsure will come back.

This place is a real jewel! Very stylish, very nice and kind staff, very good cuisine. We felt really good and had two waiters (!) asking us if everything was all right, if we had any wishes or bringing us the food. So service was awesome. Food was really delicious. So tasty meat and so tender. Unbelievable. We had a really good night. Prices are ok. Highly recommended!!

The food taste wasn't upto the mark (for a vegetarian) and the service is slow. But super friendly staff. My recommendation would be, they should allow walk-ins first come first serve instead of taking reservations. Because you never get a seat (at least for lunch). Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We stopped by on a Sunday 4:30 pm for a bite and some drinks. The place was empty but they wanted to keep all the tables empty and placed us in the worst location. We were just two people. They also refused to have us sit at empty tables because they were for 4 people. Kitchen was closed for meals so we had some side dishes. They were rude and entitled. By the time we left it was even emptier. For an overpriced entry level quality place they should at least be normal, if not extra accommodating. Loved it!! Wonderful location with ample parking space and lake is with ducks & swans and surrounded by greenery. Has swings, slides, so ideal for families with young kids. Good place for walking, cycling. Best place to walk your pets too. Has a restaurant inside but a bit pricey! Have not seen any washroom facilities inside. Overall a nice place to spend quality time..
