Was happy to eat here 3 times during our stay. Here's our thoughts; eggs and baguettes were pretty good no complaints. Yogurt and fruit is nice. Khao Soy was quite greasy, wouldn't recommend it. Banana pancake is nice (just avoid the chocolate sauce, ants were everywhere). Fried noodles were fine but wouldn't get again. Spring rolls are good and come with a nice sauce. The Lenten dish (vermicelli with pork) is a total winner, try this! Ginger tea is great. Coffee is meh. Passion fruit soda is great. Coconut ice cream is great, big portions. Drinks sometimes came near the end of our meal which wasn't ideal but no biggy. Lai herself has wonderful customer service, other staff didn't seem as eager to help. I'd definitely recommend going! Good local food plus Beerlao. Our favorite dinner is listed under Lao breakfasts, number 1, local noodles khao soy. Rice noodle soup with ground beef and fresh herbs. Try the fried cashews as a side dish - when they're warm, they're fantastic. Friendly service too with reasonable English. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Food was delicious - Lao Khao soi noodles soup. Fast service and fair prices. I really wanted to try some of the items from the local tribes menu but it wasn't available. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

If you’re in Luang Namtha don’t miss this place. Everything is an experience from the food to the service and most of all the atmosphere! We were here when they had a big celebration and enjoyed watching the people sing and have fun while eating one of the best dishes we’ve had in Laos so far. Would definitely recommend. We ordered a fried sweet and sour tofu with rice. We got rice with ketchup and not fried tofu. Plus we found plastic in the rice…. It was disgusting and barely eatable

It's a bit noisy because there's construction on the other side. The menu is different from what I saw in previous reviews. I've attached an updated menu picture. My friend tried fried rice and he said it is sweet. I had a burger and it tasted like a sandwich. Total 70,000 kip for 2 menus, 2 sodas.

Food was bland but filling. They catered well and had tofu options which was good. I had the red curry and actual couldn’t say it had a taste at all. No sticky rice to go with the curry. The lady was nice and smiley. They understood us well. The tofu lab also not much flavour. Ginger tea was nice Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It is pretty good, the staff do make an effort to serve you and listen to your requests. Food is slightly above average. They have made a decent attempt to satisfy Western tastes. Prices seem OK. Convenient on street parking Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
