Went in today and had two items. There was one line open and a decent line. There were items on the belt at the checkout but no one there. I ask if the lady could ring my two items because apparently there was someone that wasn't finished shopping. The employee sat there holding up the line and let the shopper finish. AND when I initially asked, the lady COULDN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH!! I had to get the person behind me to translate 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️!!!! Do BETTER!!!!!!

Terrible servicio. Cuando ordene la barbacoa, no venía con tortillas ni cilantro y cebolla. Y tampoco la tenían a la mano. La señora me dijo que tenía que buscarlas al otro lado de la tienda. Fui a buscar lo que necesitaba y la señora se molestó y me fue a buscar al otro lado de la tienda y me dijo que me apurara. No sabía que la barbacoa venía con salsa y yo iba a comprar otra. Al darme cuenta que si venía con salsa le dije que no quería comprar la extra que había agarrado. La señora se negó a borrar la segunda salsa de mi orden y me dió una mirada come que estaba molesta conmigo. Por fin si borro la segunda salsa de la orden pero me dijo que los limones y la salsa no me las podía cobrar y me tuve que parar en otra fila para pagar el resto de los productos. Deberían tener todo disponible en la taquería para evitar problemas en el futuro.

We really like this store it's a bit out of our way but staff is friendly and helpful.. I don't speak Spanish but give it my best shot and appreciate them working with me.. My favorite is the carnitas and civeche.. es. muy bueno..

This lady is rude I was next in line and she just walked away from the register without saying anything I Wait it for about three minutes until someone else open the next register and all the people that were behind me went to the other register and I ended up being the last one to check out. I work for a grocery store and I would never walk away from a customers with out saying anything.

I stood there waiting to place an order for food tacos for 9 minutes while the staff were talking behind the register. Another staff member walks up, and orders get his order taken. They turned to me asking if I needed to order, and I politely smiled and replied I no longer needed to order. Bad service!

This Saturday morning I walked in and ordered to regular plates with 2 meats and 2 sides price 9.99 perfect. Paid and went to order my meal, the at the taqueria. I order fajitas and rice and beans from the window. The lady said that's not fajita and showed me another pan on the grill away from the window of view of food.. Then said that meat is extra. My frustrations began at that point ! No where did it indicate that that was not a selection to pick from and the fajita so our of site. After going to pay an additional back to the cashier for carne asada she has no idea how much to charge. I paid 2.69 for an extra meat that was not displayed any where on the menu or the window. Options are great upgrades are too if you know at time your ordering. I called the manager up to show my concern and Lucia. No we'll that one is extra, I asked her to show where it said that? Not a happy customer no stars here

I highly recommend the fajita suave to grill, is the best, slightly marinated, is super tender. The store is good and clean, well organized. My only suggestion is that the security guard needs to keep an eye on the handicap parking spot, a lot of people w/o handicap tags park there. I feel bad for the people that may actually need the spots.

Rules posted that no one without mask allowed. Half of the customers in there didn't wear one. Most employees had one...most. They used it to cover their chin and mouth only. None covered their nose. Seems they didn't care about their elderly patrons. No one did the distancing. Prices well above average on most items. Meat market prices and selection are decent though.
