Nice little restaurant with great ambiance and tasty food. Prices are reasonable. Why buy fast food when for the same price you can get a specialized meal and healthy choices! Staff is nice too! Chile de Arbol ramen was good, the broth was creamy and thick, and the egg was delicious. The meat were thick cuts too. The miso ramen broth was also thick, so were the cuts of meat. It was busy around the time we went but our waitress was good 👍 expect a waiting time to be seated. so far the best ramen I've had in the valley 😋 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Came here to eat with the kiddos. The misso ramen was ok, nothing out of this world. The ramen could use more spices to pep up the taste. The birria ramen was good and spicy!! Service was great by our waiter and was always on task. Atmosphere was alright, halloween decorations were horrible and over exaggerated, never seen other Japanese restaurants that I’ve visited Around the country around this time hanging decors but o well! The food was great. The drinks were strong. The service was unmatched. The music was a vibe. I’ll definitely be going back. The birria bun knocked my socks off. 10/10 would recommend. Stopped in for dinner around 6 pm on Sunday and got seated very quickly. Our waiter was very nice and offered suggestions. We got the pork bao buns for an appetizer and they were delicious with a huge slice of pork belly in each. I also had a lychee martini that was delicious! For the mains we had ramen, my company and I all got different ones. They were all so good and different. I had the brisket ramen and it was amazing. The noodles tasted fresh and the portion sizes are so large. My only thing is if you are trying to have a quiet dinner be aware that they play music and you have to talk a little louder, but didn’t both me too much. I would also say it is slightly on the more pricier side, and that’s because we went during happy hour. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Moved here from Austin and food-wise, this is one of the best food spots in Brownsville, service wise was a major disappointment. Our group of six, three of us had asked for the spicy add in, upon our server not bringing it, one of us asked again. Upon our server still not bringing it, he asked the the what seemed to be manager as he walked around and asked us how everything was. Manager forgot. Finally the server brings one spicy add in to the guy who asked, as he was halfway through with his ramen. Upon finishing, we had to ask for our checks because we waited like 20 minutes after we were finished eating. Then they charged the other two people for the spicy add in which they never got 🙄. This place isn't even big and was not understaffed. I really like this place and the food is very unique, I highly recommend it to anyone. But I also highly recommend management get better service. Wow! Great find while in Brownsville from San Antonio, felt nice to have something other than tacos - this bowl of ramen and drinks hit the spot! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a ramen place! Parking can be tough but worth the trouble - we will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great atmosphere, good service! This was definitely not authentic ramen, ground pork was literally that! It looked like it came right out of the plastic bag, right into the frying pan then into the bowl. The broth was ehh, the dumplings looked like they were bought already made (frozen) the edamame was the highlight of the night! When I asked for dessert, waitress said they only had lemon cheesecake (it was literally warm) 🤦🏽‍♂️. My cocktail was really good, but it was $10 for a small drink. 😑 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
Exceptional Experience and Flawless Food at Kuyashii Ramen! Rating: (5/5) We recently dined at Kuyashii ramen for mother’s day… and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, making it a memorable visit. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. Let's dive into the highlights of my visit: Food: The star of the show was undoubtedly the Chile de Árbol Ramen. It struck the perfect balance between flavor and spice, delivering a delightful kick without overwhelming the taste buds. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the broth was rich and savory. The ample amount of meat in the ramen was a pleasant surprise and definitely set Kuyashii Ramen apart from other places. The Birria Bao Buns were an absolute delight. The tender, flavorful birria paired wonderfully with the soft, fluffy buns. It was a delicious fusion of flavors that left me craving for more. Additionally, the Ceviche Tostada was a refreshing and zesty appetizer, perfectly complementing the richness of the ramen. Service: The service at Kuyashii Ramen was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than willing to answer any questions and offer recommendations based on personal preferences. Drinks: Although we opted for water on this visit, the drink menu at Kuyashii Ramen intrigued us. It's clear that they put thought and effort into crafting a beverage selection that complements their exceptional food. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to sample their drink offerings, which I'm sure will enhance the overall experience even further. Overall, Kuyashii Ramen has certainly earned my highest recommendation. With its outstanding Chile de Árbol Ramen, delicious Birria Bao Buns, and exceptional service, it's a true gem for ramen enthusiasts. Make sure to visit Kuyashii Ramen, and don't forget to explore their tantalizing drink options to complete your culinary journey.
