A lot of angry reviews and for those folks I’m sorry to disagree!! Our wait time was 25 minutes but we were a group of 8. Everyone enjoyed. Especially then children who had never been to such a restaurant it was a delight to take them to a place that offered clean food that was delicious! They have delicious and amazing desserts that made everyone gleam with joy. I enjoyed the authentic Filipino cuisine and despite the busy nature of the restaurant felt that the staff was attentive to my needs! I will for sure be back for another family reunion at Kuya J’s Restaurant! Masarap!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₱200–400 Recommended dishes Crispy Pata

Upon sitting, there's no urgency in getting our order. My partner was the one who went to the counter to get the Menu. The food was good even though it was served late. We ordered Sinigang na Bangus, Sinigang na Baboy, Grilled Chicken and Shakes. We're done eating already and the Chicken was not yet served. It was supposed to be for my son. Since he's already hungry, I gave him the other viands. Hopefully, they'll think of improving their process, especially in grilling.

Waiting time is so looooooonnnnnggggg! Food is good but waiting time was close to an hour. I had to "grab" an employee (they avoid eye contact and pretend not to hear you) to follow-up our food. I told him to cancel our order if they are still not ready to serve it. That was the only way we got our order. Avoid this place at all costs if you are not willing to wait for an hour or more. Their grilled scallops were delicious and tasty, their sinigang baboy were erupting with sourness, and to their chicken, it's just fair, their beef caldereta were good and tasty, the beef was so tender. The place is just fine, it's clean, organized and perfect for family bondings, reunions or gatherings. Keep it up Kuya J Restaurant!
Cockroach ran across the table while we were eating. Food was great though. Saw another cockroach on the floor as we were walking out. Paint is peeling and the seats are torn, kind of a shabby place. Kuya J needs to visit some of his franchises and do a checkup. Maybe call pest control, too. Also, we asked for takeout for family back at the hotel, and when they opened it, there were no forks or spoons in the bag? How did they expect people to eat the food? Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Went here for a family reunion. Waiting time for the food is understandable for the amount of dishes ordered for 10+ people. Their halo-halo is different from any other halo-halo I've had before. Its not runny and doesn't melt quickly. Its a must try! Edit: Their sisig was not spicy :(

Kuya J Restaurant is one of the famous food chain that has a branch in Naga City located at Robinsons Place Naga. It serves delicious Filipino cuisines which includes their famous Crispy Pata. Perfect for different celebrations which will give you the best place and foods. The crews are very approachable and they always wear a good smile which offers an excellent good service. Come and try their foods, so you will experience their foods and best service. Visit Kuya J Restaurant for you to know😊
Staff: The dining staff seems to wander around and avoid customers, making you feel unwelcome due to their behavior. Venue: The place looks clean, but the furniture is not well taken care of. Food: The roasted chicken is juicy, but it's too salty. Paying 399 for an overly fried and dry slab of liempo is not acceptable. There's no juicy meat, just extremely fried meat. I would prefer going to the Rasta-themed restaurant below them instead. Price per person ₱2,000+
