Drive through only was made super simple for an out of state truck driver. Food was amazing and the energy from the staff was impeccable! Shout out to Brittany (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) but, huge thank you for making the experience as nice as possible! ordered egg drop soup, pepper steak, sweet sour shrimp and teriyaki chicken egg drop soup:0/10 doesn't even taste anything like egg drop, just cardboard and Tylenol taste in your mouth. pepper steak:0/10 no flavor, barely taste the "freshness" or the steak or vegetables. the meat and vegetables are drenched in the sauce. sweet and sour shrimp:2/10 soggy, overcooked shrimp, vegetables are a big problem for this establishment. the rice order that comes with the dish is mushy, left in the pot over a long period of time. teriyaki chicken:0/10 chicken was hard, so much for "everything made fresh" sauce was too overpowering, yo who runs this joint? do a better job, stop wasting people's money. I tried the orange chicken, beef lo mein, and fried rice with chicken. The beef seemed odd, with an unpleasant texture, and the chicken in the fried rice was dry and had a fishy taste. The rice appeared overcooked and scraped from the pan, making it have a burned taste. Overall, the food was unappealing, and the prices felt excessive. Wow, I’m a little disappointed. This place used to be the best priced quantity and service ever since Covid their prices have been slowly increasing it’s almost $60 for two meals that still don’t come with no drinks and that’s just for the food alone. Their doors are closed so you can no longer dine in. They lost their donutsand their food is slowly decreasing in quality. I am very sad because this used to be the best Chinese food anywhere you could get. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Previously liked this place ok for freshness/portion size. Has been going downhill for the last couple visits. Hubby needs quantity for long days so we buy the dinner size to get him through the day. Box felt light and this is what was inside for $13. Food is old - has the deep fried and then microwaved consistency. I try and support small businesses so called to ask them to please fix. Nope, 15 percent off next order. There wont be a next order. People order out for the convenience, flavor, and as a treat. When it is subpar, I would rather at least have the quantity for a strong hardworking man. No more from Kuans for us. This place needs to be respectful of people's money. Side note - the little gal at the drive through is always sweet and friendly.

Tuesday lunch special. 1/2 Szechuan plate with rice and wonton. So amazingly good. My companion had the Mongolian beef with rice and eggroll. Can't wait to eat here again. Oh, and they make their own donuts too, but we don't try those, but they looked very munchable.

Very slow. Called in an order ahead and they said 15 min. 45 min later I am paying for and receiving my food. They didn't even start making it until we were already sitting in line for 30 min. Terrible. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
