Take a break and order perfectly cooked hamburgers, chicken and chili. This fast food has the great tea selection. Krystal is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. This place won't attract many guests because of the spectacular atmosphere. Most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

The burger patty on my sliders was turning in to mush and seeping on to my patty. I couldn’t finish a slider because the texture and appearance was just so nasty. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We were traveling through Hattiesburg MS down to the Gulf Coast and found a Krystal through Goggle Maps. It was close off the interstate. It was a bit confusing to park as there were no clearly marking parking spots. It seemed like you just park wherever:) the restaurant was very clean. The on duty manager was very nice. He had one of those booming voices, and I joked with him about it. Fun stuff. The food was great and fresh. I love some Krystals. This location didn't disappoint. I'm an uber eats driver, and i have had nothing but trouble picking up orders from this place. (At night) I'll show up, get attitude or lied to like my most recent experience. They said my order was already picked up, but they were just sitting in the parking lot talking. I have also seen them straight up smoking the ganja out here, on the clock. Anyways, i pulled up, they said it was already picked up, i got with the guy that's waiting on his food, he said "are you serious?". I told him i would lap back around to get the food for him because there's no way they're telling the truth. I pulled up again, they said their system was down. I said i don't believe that. They said they'd have to drop the wings and it'll take a minute, i said i could wait. I got the food. What is wrong with this place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good. Definitely brought back the nostalgia from vacations as a kid visiting my grandparents. The reason this is 4 star and not 5 is because the wait time for the food in the drive thru was at least 10 minutes and one of the employees had his mask under his chin the entire time talking with customers and handling food/money. Also, we got chili cheese fries and the employee put it in the bag sideways and handed it to us like that. So, that's why the fries look like that in the image.

I had originally given this location 5 stars several months ago because being from South Mississippi I have been to this location many times. The issue is the people, their attitudes, and how the drive thru is now ran. When someone gives you money, you don't immediately send them to the parking lot to wait so you can stop your clock/ timer to make it appear that you are moving customers quickly. You're lying to you bosses and Corp. This also causes the employees to miss important items like ketchup, forks, straws and so on. The employees for the last several times have been very rude, foul language, and it takes them 5 minutes to even acknowledge you are there. Krystal in Meridian shut down for these same standards so you guys need to get back in order. I would share less than 1 star but it's not available, I waited in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes there was one customer in the Drive-Thru and one customer in the store waiting. The lady who was apparently running the entire operation by herself tell me a drive back around through the drive-thru because it was running up her time. The dining room was empty. The bathrooms looked like a murder scene. The staff hardly talked to us except to take the order. And when we got our food we couldn't identify what it was. The meat was gray, took a bite and spit it out. We threw the rest away. If this is a 'local favorite' I'd like to know what they're serving and why anyone would choose to return.
