Staff is friendly and helpful. I rarely eat at Krispy Kreme and was unsure of what to drink, but I knew I wanted an ice coffee. The staff member was patient and helpful with suggestions. The drink was made well; iced caramel latte. Yum!! I was quite excited to see a Krispy Kreme and get the plump, tasty donuts, so please understand the following statement. We were disappointed with the Glaze donuts for the price of them once we opened the box on the road. We purchased 3 Glaze. Two of them were considerably thinner, flatter and less plump. It's hard to notice from pictures. My blueberry glaze was also dry. Consistency should be key here when distributing/measuring the dough so the donuts have the same tenderness. I could have gone to a gas station for what we received. :( The restroom was clean however there were no paper towels. Love me some Krispy Kreme Donuts!!! Best donuts for a chain store ever. Great and friendly service and tons of choices flavor wise. They also have drinks for sale such as sodas and chocolate milk, and Coffee products. Rock hill in the Benchmark Physical Therapy Shopping strip at 101 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC

Usually good donuts but no coffee, 3rd visit on weekend and again no coffee at all and no form of lattes , hard to believe since they closed over 3 hours later , ordered some donuts but would have ordered lattes or coffees, I would recommend going down the road for coffee which is what I did, staff doesn’t seem to care , needs new management, thank you.

Firstly, we were hoping to go inside and enjoy our splurge breakfast, on a Friday morning, only to find the location is drive through only. Nothing against drive throughs but eating in one’s car or back at the house is not what we had planned. Secondly, the coffee I received was the wrong size (ordered a medium and definitely received a small). The second coffee we ordered had no cream or sugar regardless of us asking. The doughnuts themselves were “okay”. The icing on some were completely lopsided to where only half of the doughnut had icing. It’s always a sad day when the original glazed is not warm and fresh like they should be.

I purchased some coupons to help a school fundraiser. The service was pretty good, and the atmosphere was good, but the donuts were different sizes. Some are very small, and others are even smaller. Growing up on Krispy Kreme donuts, they were the best!! There wasn't any room left in the box. But now, the donuts are so small that they slide around in the box.
