i really like this place! the food is flavor packed, & it comes with a lot. didn’t think i would get full off of the lunch shrimp platter, but i stand corrected. you get to choose from multiple flavor options as well, in the picture i decided on the cajun butter, definitely worth it! I haven't been to Krab Kingz in about 3 years, with the last time being at the location on Broadway. Took my son here for his 12th birthday (his choice) and he loved every bit of it!!! The food was HOT & DELICIOUS 😋 & trust me when I say that it won't be another 3 years before I go back, because the food AND customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! The cashier was pleasant & patient, something that is not prevalent these days. Good job!!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

I ordered the Krab and Shrimp Platter which came with 2 krab clusters, 10 shrimp, sausage, corn, egg, and potatoes and had original butter for my choice of flavor. I placed my order online and went to pick up. When I got there my food was just getting finished from the kitchen, and the staff was very nice in making sure it was prepared how I wanted it. The best way I can describe this experience is that my taste buds were blessed. The food was seasoned perfectly and I ate every bite happily. Everything was so good that I was tempted on going back the next day for more.

Went to restaurant to celebrate 2 birthdays. General manager was so nice and helpful with helping us order. Food came out quickly hot and delicious. Shrimp were cooked perfectly, corn, eggs, crab legs, sausage were great but my favorite was the potatoes…Yum! Would definitely recommend. Everybody had plenty of food and we had fun eating it! Ordered my food on line, I go to the pick up my food and had to wait 2 hours, I kept asking the lady when will my food be ready and she kept saying they was working on it. And she was very overwhelmed as the supervisor walking around like he didn’t see she needed help! Anyway I set there waiting and watched several people order there food eat it and leave as I still kept asking the lady when my food will be ready and she tells me they have not started working on online orders, I’m like what!! I told just give me my money back, she gets attitude. How are you mad when I sat here patiently waiting for 2 hours? Finally got my order. Will not be back. That Krab & Shrimp Platter was Beautiful ,Delicious & Hot for a Truck Driver.. They had Parking for Semi-Truck w/trailer only to pickup your meal… you are at your own risk to stay overnight… You can also order online too, which was quick as the young lady mentioned on the phone and that what I did & it was Steaming Hot when I picked up my food.. Also the young lady that serve me when I came in to pickup my order at the registers was very helpful and resourceful to me, to let me know what type of activity I can get in such as the skating rink that was around the area while I’m waiting for break to be over… Thank you guys for making my First time eating in Kansas an experience that I won’t forget.. Super good! Me and my daughter split a small shrimp dinner. Lots of food! Is expensive but go during lunch and prices are great! And you get a lot for your money! Will be back! Customer service has improved! Love this place!

Food here is delicious, the sides less so but the main dish is wonderful. Fried or boiled I have not been disappointed. Fried seems to be a better deal portion wise but skimp on fries a little bit. Sides leave something to be desired, but I assume they just scoop from a tub. Customer service 3 out of the 5 times I have been there, have not been the greatest. One of the time the woman ended up yelling at a guy at the counter because he was here for a pick up, waiting in the pick up line but never told her he was there for a pick up? Probably just over stressed. Good food though, worth it. If you have to choose between this and Fish House down the street. Go with Krab Kingz, pay a little more for actually good food.
