The food items are not that good. However, their shakes are amazing and their coffees too. The dessert items are overpriced and the taste is not up to the mark. The hazelnut shake is a very good one to choose. Moreover, the customer service is not the best there. The interior design of the restaurant is decent.

Went to this place with a friend of mine but we did not order any food. The atmosphere inside is very good. The decors are consistent and aesthetic. Decorated with attractive chairs and eye-catching wall arts. Very cosy place that is not crowded at all. You can not smoke or vape inside the restaurant. However, there is a door leading to the back of the restaurant where you will find two tables where you can smoke. The only problem is that the generator is right beside one of the tables. So, when the electricity goes, you will be bombarded with the loud noise of the generator. So loud, you can't even hear the person across the table.

The place is perfect for family and friends, mostly suggested for small groups. We tried platter B (mentioned in image).
This platter includes dim sum, chicken chili, chicken chowmein, chicken teriyaki (it was exchanged), Lao prawn, fried rice, lemon iced tea, cheese cake. Each of the items was made with a different type of taste and there was no way to tell which was the best.
This place is highly recommended for the group of people who love the essence of the food with low spices.
The service was great and the place is perfect for couples. Recommended place to visit again for the yummy food.

The atmosphere was good, less noisy and calm environment. The staffs are well behaved and helpful. The serving was fast. The quality of the foods were good but not great. We ordered Dumsum, bbq sandwich and Coffee and Chocolate Shake. The dumsum tasted good but bit overpriced for the amount in my opinion. Other foods are average. The coffee tasted well but I expected better from this coffee shop.
Overall it was good experience but there a lot of places to improve.
Kiva Han launched in Uttara just a month or two back. So we were planning to go there for long. We made it tonight and it was overall a nice experience. The decor is soothing, the staff are friendly and the service is prompt. We tried several dishes and they came out pretty well taste-wise. The chicken in our katsu and rozo dishes was tender. The beef basil dim sum was alright but nothing exceptional. Price-wise proportion was enough.
Went there again and may be because of our late night order, the food wasn't that good this time.
The food was okay. The service could have been a little better and the air conditioning as well. The decoration was typically aesthetic. There wasn’t much of a crowd and the place was calm overall.

Kiva Han is a Turkish-name meaning coffee shop, it was the 1st coffee-shop in the world. The owner greatly inspired by this name and use it as his brand name. Now talk about food and its quality, we tasted thai clear soup, mushroom and lastly iced lemon tea. Food is little bit expensive, but taste is average. Ambient is good and try to depict coffee culture/ making in ancient days.
