When we arrived we were kind of concerned because the hostess was short either us. After watching we understood why. She was super busy and short staffed. She was doing the job of 5 people. She did a great job. The food was amazing. By far the best Chinese food we have had. Definitely worth the trip from vernal to rock springs to eat. 15.50 for all you can eat and a drink. Took the family here for dinner. The waitress asked if a table was OK, I requested a booth and she appeared to be annoyed but she said OK, but when she took us to our seats she gave us a table anyways, saying there was no booths were clean and she would move us to one when one was clean. She never put us in a booth. she constantly glared at me when she walked by. My kiddo dropped her cup and as my wife went over to pick it up, the waitress then snarkly said excuse me, with attitude. At one point she grabbed plates from our table and almost dropped food on my kiddos head, she didn't even say sorry. This was my third time here and out of the three times, two of them I have left angry with the customer service I received. Will not eat there again. Went on a Friday during lent and they had lots of seafood options which was great. Food tasted good, a little bland, most items were a good temperature. I was a little disappointed in the selection overall (smallest buffet I've ever been to) for the price. Good was good, chicken was fresh and overall no complaints. I've been a few times and it was the best so far. Ice cream machine is not very good at all. Desert offerings could be a bit better. Price seems to have gone up. Over $50 for three adults. Price was the biggest complaint. But given and fastfood burger joint would be $10+, it's not too bad. When ever we are in Rock Springs we always go to King Buffet. Their food is ALWAYS good no matter the day or time you go. The prices are great for the quality, quantity, and selection of food. The sushi is always fresh and so good. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and it's always very clean. The only CON I can think of is the desert isn't very good. I didn't remove a star for the deserts as we don't go there for the desert. So no need to make room for desert.
