Facilities for kids are good and safe. But there was terrible air during raining day, like if no air ventilation installed. Very slow service at restaurant. Need to wait for checkout too long even when no extra paid needed.

Good and large place for kids where they can have a lot of fun. My gripe is the rip-off pricing... To get in everyone has to pay - yes, even adults to then sit in the cafe to buy drinks whilst waiting for the kids! That alone is ridiculous and makes no sense whatsoever. Kids get wristbands which they can use to get into another areas (jumping, balls and play zone are all charged separately) without you as an adult even knowing... So kids go nicely in and out of places beeping their wristbands accumulating 4€ charges (per hour at each of the areas plus games on top!). So in the end you pay 6 euros per person as you get in and then it was over 30 euros when leaving! Pure greed...

Fine, if its last resort of what to do with kids. Overcrowded during bad weather. Prices are bit higher than expected. On the other hand, i was surprised about idea of this kids room and also how the space is used. Kids can easily spend there hours and keep their minds focused :) Very nice place.

Place itself is nice and prices fair, kids enjoyed it, but please, let that fan that blows air into the castle and slides outside the room. The noise they make is terrible and after 2 hours I was happy I am leaving...otherwise would give you five stars

A must place to visit, when you're around with kids. 8stage tower in fun zone in basic ticket, paid more for challenging jump zone, sci-fi gamer zone and aqua zone on the roof - uff, need to return soon.
