Used drive thru for breakfast run 24 Feb. Had to wait in the parking area for it. After 30 minutes we enquired inside, and they forgot about our order. Thought we'd give it another go the next day. They advertise that they're open during load shedding. When we got there half an hour after loadshedding stopped, they said they're still starting up after loadshedding and can't help us yet (10:30am 25 Feb) We will NOT go there ever again! Usually the service is really fast and the food is delicious. The last time i went however, I had to wait 15 minutes, only to receive overcooked, oily food. Normally order delivery on the app, last night I decided to make use of the click and collect, the money went from my bank account, no confirmation email was sent. I didn't get my order and the money is deducted. I called the store, no record of my order on their system. The money is still not refunded so I paid for food I didnt receive. Service: 1

Where to start... Firstly they never have the mini loaf in stock. Its either the mash and gravy or mini loaf that they never have stock off.. Secondly waiting 40min in the drive thru just to tell me they dont have Dunked Wingz, no mini loaf or mash and gravy. I have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks not once they had the mini loaf in stock. Dont even try ask for tomato sauce... They won't have. Poor branch managment and management of stock levels. The name KFC on the door is the only thing KFC about them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Small KFC. Not a lot of seating space. The place and the tables are always clean. Food is quality is good. Probably the only KFC I have been to with no bathroom facilities. Ordered online, got there 20 minutes later and no food was ready. Had to stand there and wait. What is the use of an online ordering system if you still have to stand and wait. Now my staff is waiting for their food that is meant to be a pleasant surprise. When you speak to the cashier she just walks off. Price per person R 350–400
