The staff is exceptionally rude. The lady taking orders was at the back and had to be called. When she came to the till she served some one behind me, she didn't even ask who was first. The previous time I was there I ordered a burger with no garnish, needless to say when I got home and opened the burger there was garnish on it🤬🤬🤬 I will never set foot in this store again. There food is great and service is great WHEN they are open but on odd days they will be closed. Have tried for two weeks now and they are closed. Please can someone tell me as to why they r closed all the time.

They did not put a petty in my burger etc. It was just buns with lettuce and source. It was on purpose. I arrived 17:30-18:00. I was the only customer inside the shop, the morning shift was heading out. I angry because this happens at every KFC. I paid hard for that meal, I had just came back from work with a sour back.
