They putting the customers on hold for too long. Many customers queue because of order’s machine was not working. Unfortunately they only have two machines. They were also not opened eating places at upstairs just outdoor places. Meanwhile many customers want to dine in. The customers need to take turn just only to eat. Not only that, they also make an angry face. That is such a poor customer services. Other that that, customers need to wait for an hour just because they don’t start cooking the chicken yet meanwhile it is not opening time. They used title ‘new workers’ as a reason for their mistakes. Their manager also not there helping their worker handling the problems. There are many customers waiting their order. The staff should inform the customers first about their problem so that the customers did not need to wait for such a long terms. Poor customer service. Totally out... The food is not good as other branches. Please improve ur customer service. As u said there can be 4 customer only inside the restaurant for order but once we came in u said only 2 allowed to be in.. What do u mean by this? Please state it clearly don't confuse people. I feel like ur acting racism.

Slow. Sikit in terms of service but its okay since im not too hungry... Cuma tmpt maybe not so strategic... Then susah parking.. Esp on weekends kalau ramai org fiuhhh
