Was there for dinner but was surprised that we actually could choose where we wanted to sit as this outlet is “notoriously” known to be packed with customers during dinner time. Ample parking available with drive through option if you’re the take away for the family type.

Good services, very clean and friendly, except minor things in the picture. Hoping top managment open their eyes and doing some surprise inspection rather than sleep in mansion. Also happen in KFC Dengkil.
Today I went to KFC Semabok for my lunch, after done the order, I took the whole set of the food on the holder plate and went to get the sauce, then its accidentally fallen on the floor, I thought I have to make a new order, but guess what happened? The staff came to clean the floor but also replaced a new set for me asap! Without paying a cent, yes it's free. I was surprised with that because its me who was so careless to cause that happened, the male staff who changed it for me still with smile on his face, KFC Semabok's staff are all very friendly and polite, I was feeling so warm, but also very sorry to cause the trouble. Not my first time experience, been here many times before, never had a good experiences. The only reason i buy from this branch is because its nearby XD
Worst service. The only reason this branch can have good sales is because of the location. Staff is below average level (this is sad because staff efficiency are low even no dine in customers). Manager / supervisor customer service is not up to standard managerial level.
Stop hiring makcik2 / Karen as your superior, you guys always fry the chicken 24H. Always bising2 sembang macam dekat pasar / belakang rumah. Wish you guys work as fast as your mouth talking.

24 hours restaurant which is about 100m from my hometown. You can see its billboard from my house. Near enough right? One of several KFC outlets that served quite big size of chicken. Fast service as well as clean surrounding. Only one thing that should be improved is Drive thru Section. I had an experience where the crew forget to put my nuggets in my order. But it was a last year story. May this outlet remain cool, best and continuously upgrading year by year.
