I wanted to share my recent experience, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. The service, particularly at the cashier, was subpar. As a loyal customer, I believe it's important to communicate these concerns for improvement. Toilet was really dirty at the time. Thank you for addressing these issues promptly. We were craving KFC and we weren't disappointed. The food was great. The restaurant was clean and lots of parking outside as well. It’s a great alternative to Max and other burger joints. I would definitely recommend KFC if you’re craving junk food. But wouldn’t recommend eating it regularly as it’s all fried food and oily so, not so healthy. But enjoy it. During my visit to the KFC outlet near Lund, Sweden, located in the highway rejuvenation area, I had a fantastic experience. The food was as delicious as expected, living up to the reputation of KFC. Food was super good but atmosphere was SUPER bad. Trash under the sofa and as you can see on the second photo. Chickens (not eaten) just lying on the floor. The dining experience at this restaurant had its ups and downs. While the food was enjoyable, there were several issues that overshadowed the positive aspects. The staff's behavior left much to be desired, as they displayed rudeness and indifference towards customers. Additionally, the restroom facilities were quite unsanitary, with filthy toilets and a lack of soap for hand washing. When I politely requested soap from one of the reception personnel, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It seemed as though they ignored my request and disregarded my presence. To make matters worse, despite clearly communicating in English, they chose to respond in Swedish when handing the order. While I understand that the staff may be facing job dissatisfaction or excessive workload, it is still important for the management to address these issues promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the outdoor seating area left much to be desired. The tables were covered in bird droppings, and the overall outdoor environment appeared neglected. To improve the overall experience, the management should prioritize regular cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor space or consider hiring additional staff members. All things considered, my visit to this restaurant was far from pleasant. Although the food was satisfactory, the rude personnel, unhygienic restrooms, and lack of attention to the outdoor seating area significantly impacted my overall enjoyment. I visited so many KFC branch in different countries and I can say, this one is most unarranged one. it is not clean and it seams they don't have enough personnel to take care of trash and ... most of tables are not clean in rush time and they are not take care of ketchup dispensers. I am sharing some photo. I hope they adjust their organization. Service Dine in

Well arranged and maintaining Social distancing because of Pandemic.. they installed 3 screens for selecting and taking self orders and payment so no more crowd in the billing counter.. super idea 👏🏼 Fair price and tasty 😋 chicken 🍗. One of a few centers in Skåne region. A big joint with courteous staff. Restaurant has option for both dine in and take away. Chicken bucket and milkshakes were awesome. Milkshakes are must have. Washrooms were clean.
