The employees are great 🤗 they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied😃🙂🙃 I WOULD also like mention how clean the lobby is, and how clean the bathroom is now every time I go eat there ....1 more thing the food🍗 is on point. The chicken and sides were delicious, it was a little costly 42.63, for a 12 PCs dinner with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits but was very good. Thanks to all who prepared our family meal! Wm. Bad service. The girl at the drive through was rude and impatient, even though there were no other cars and we had a hard time deciding because they were out of multiple products. We ordered 3 regular waters when they had no lemonade and they charged us for two lemonades and a sobe. Dr Pepper was too concentrated and had a weird tang to it. Dumped it out as soon as we got home. Also, they gave us no silverware, napkins, or the sauce we asked for. UPDATE: Stopped by again at mom's request. Still rude, no lemonade and our order was wrong (wrong drink, fries instead of mashed potatoes) UPDATE 2: After long months of avoiding, I tried again. Rude, slow, incompetent, out of all chicken. Very rude employees! Specifically, the order takers. You will not get fresh chicken. Repeatedly, our chicken is old, hard, and dried out. Mashed potatoes taste watered down. It's just all around a poor experience for us. My wife and I have gone here a handful of times over a few years, and we won't make that mistake again. Love KFC, just not this location. Worst KFC in town. Waited 25 minutes for food. All 3 sides were cold, missing biscuits, and chicken was cold. Also found 2 hairs in the mashed potatoes. The manager Ashley was super rude. Argued with me that my food was NOT cold and then proceeded to tell me to deal with it. She should be fired. I don't know how that location is even open anymore. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
