Try good fried chicken. Visitors don't highly appreciate biscuits at this fast food. From the guests' viewpoint, employees are attentive here. If you want to experience spectacular service, you should visit KFC. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I was really disappointed with the purchase last night, normally I check my food before leaving, but I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, boy that was a mistake, I asked for original but when I made ii home the chicken was so hard and really dark,liked it was cooked in brunt grease....I really want to talk with the manager because this didn't make sense and I wouldn't have feed that to my dog 🐶, I normally post pictures but I don't want it to have bad reviews because of some sloppy cookers, if I could rate a 0, then that what the service would be... The customer service leaves much to be desired. They have no problems charging you for items, the just have a problem giving them to you. I have sent many emails to corporate and they always tell me how sorry they are that I had issues and they’ll have someone get in touch with me, but that has yet to happen. It might just be better to drive the extra few miles to one of the Gloster stores. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to wait a long time for some of order to be cooked. The only part of the family meals we liked was the Mac & cheese. It was quite good. The chicken was very greasy. Do not eat at this KFC. One of my pieces of chicken is pink. I heard some bad things about them anyway, but took a chance. Also the lady at the drive thru had a smart mouth. I went there yesterday evening and just now being able to make a review. I will not be returning!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Three separate times, various days and times, I have been told by this KFC on West Main in Tupelo, MS, that they do not have any pot pies. On Saturday at noon, the date of this review they are out again! Who does not prepare for the lunch crowd on a Saturday! I will NEVER return to that KFC ever again. I hope that one goes out of business!!! I drove away with nothing.

The lady at the DT window was sweet & did a wonderful job. I didn't like the manager getting an attitude with me. But the crew member was wonderful. I'd give her 10 out 10, wish I could put her name. Do not order for delivery we never get what we pay for. Sometimes we do not even get an 8 piece. We barley ever very white meat. They still charge you full price even if you only get wings. We payed over 40 dollars for 3 drums 2 wings and one thigh. You do the math. Food: 4 Service: 2

The worker attitudes here are better than their counterparts at Taco Bell just down the street. They are prompt to take your order but do it with a small attitude. I am wondering if any fast food joints in Tupelo actually teach proper customer service, or even know what courtesy means. Out of all the places I have been in Tupelo, the service was absolutely TOP NOTCH!! The lady's at the drive through was super polite, on point, and completely blew the service away! Way to go KFC!!!
