I had went to the KFC before by Gabes and it was delicious. The best fries I've ever had, they were hot and very crispy. So I decided today I would go to this KFC by my house, I had got a large fry, a chicken sandwich and 2 biscuits. I was told there would be a wait on the sandwich and fries which I was totally fine with, I wasn't in a hurry. I just got home and mind you I only live not even 7 minutes away, and my fries were soggy, cold and not crispy. If I'm being told that there will be a wait, that tells me that my food with be hot and fresh. But it wasn't and I'm very disappointed.

Dry crunchy chicken seem like it had been setting for hours but I had to wait 7 minutes for my chicken to be done. I ordered a two chicken little meal, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a kids meal. There was not one single fry in the whole bag which means my kids meal had no fries in it or my chicken little meal. I asked for a Capri Sun with the kids meal and a Capri Sun with the two chicken little meal. I was charged an extra 1.79 for the Capri Sun that came with the adult meal that didn't have any fries with it. If it wasn't for the friendly girl taking my order I would have gave a one star. Got the hot & spicy wing meal. Love their fries - they are delish! The chicken sandwich is really a big piece of meat & is really good too! They also have good potpies, as well. Long day stopped in kfc to get dinner … $27.05 later the girl hands me my bag FULL of my food just crammed in there i live 35 minutes away by the time i get home bottom of the box gad busted , tenders all over the plastic bag , gravy sloshed everywhere. I work hard for my money and expect to get more out of 27 dollars. I too work in food and know things can be stressful and tiring but there is no sense in laziness of not even putting the food in the bag properly!!

Cons: They gave me someone elses order. I showed her the receipt. She brought me another box. Still wasn't the correct order. I told her I ordered a large mac and cheese and she brought me a big box of wedges. I got a cup of mashed potatoes and gravy I didnt even order. I ordered a meal for two and I got one meal and a bunch of wedges. I gave up and left. I wont be eating here again. I shouldnt have to tell the staff twice that they got my order wrong. Pros: The food I did get tastes good. Restaurant was clean. The staff member that took my order was nice and accurate.

I gave them 2 stars just because of chicken was good.We ordered a 16-piece meal, four extra biscuits and a 8-piece chicken so I spend $60 for a family feast and extra. The chicken was good, The biscuits were cold dried out you go to pull one apart it just falls apart like dry it out Play-Doh. Now the sides there's supposed to be family size right My containers or barely half so how am I supposed to feed my family with two scoops of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I will get them applause they know what a container looks like when it's supposed to be filled because my gravy was plumful too bad we don't have mashed potatoes for all that gravy. If I ever come back here it will chicken only until they mess that up. I don't go here often because I used to work at KFC The quality food that they're serving I can't believe that My managers that I had back in the day they would flipped there lids if that product was coming out of our store Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Overall 4 stars had to wait nearly an hour just to be told theyd have to alter my order. I orderd an 8 piece meal bucket dark meat only they told me id need to wait so i was ok with that but after 45 minutes i walked up to see what was up since several customers came and left after my order was placed. They told me they couldnt give me legs bc theyd all been burned. They had to substitute breasts or i could wait another 25 minutes.
