Worst experience, waited for 35min just to get a Streetwise 2. The staff also saw no need to apologize for the delay instead showed no interest, It wasnt just poor service but it was disrespectful to the whole community & visitors of Elukwatini.
The service is very poor mainly because of time you'll need to spend to buy and receive your order, on average 30 mins or more. This is mainly because there is always one cashier everyday whether it's a busy weekend or month end. The manager and the owners don't care, it seems seeing long queues makes them happy. This has made me to conclude that they care less about customer service.
We were excited that KFC was opening for there is a great demand for it in the area,but I m so disappointed at the service we get there! Firstly there are no toilets,can you imagine? After we eat when nature calls what should we do? Secondly food preparation is definitely not up to the KFC standard, Sometimes the meat has blood (raw) inside, taste is not what we know,e.g the mash & gravy is done terribly, the twister has either very little sauce or ingredients are not fresh! Can u imagine a stale tomato and lettuce ? Lastly the long queues we experience on weekends,end of months and on these days: 15,22,25,1- 7. Waiting can be an hour for just a variety box!!!!
Very very bad service at KFC Elukwatini, I was there to buy the Disruptive value and the salesperson said he doesn't know that, I must buy what's on the menu. I explained that it is the special of 12 piece for R99.90 still he didn't know and told me to look for something else on their menu. On top he was having attitude.
Their Zinher wings are never Zinge at all. They are just blend and dead blend. They never give u what u have ordered and by the time u 100km away u have something else cheap and different to your order..check your food inside not that label on your package.
Service is very slow, they don't give out serviettes and salts and sauces unless you ask. Their toilets are filthy. Staff needs training on customer care and efficient service
The main reason for my baf rating tgis kfc have a big line and take time to get ur order plus or minus 30 min waiting need to relocate for better place or add drive throw
