We ordered a 16 piece meal to go. We were stunned when it rang up to $58.00 Dollars and change. Well we purchased it just the same. Now thinking you'll get 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings. Along with that you get 4 sides. We took 2 cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, and their fries. When we got home we found that for the chicken there were 2 breasts, 3 thighs, 2 wings, and the rest was legs. The fries which used to be wedges/steak fries are now just a seasoned straight cut fry. It had been awhile since the last time we had KFC. It'll be a real long time before we have it again. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went to this location Toni to try there spicy chicken sandwich combo and it looks like Frank’s hot sauce smeared all over the top of it. The chicken chalupa was okay, fries could had used more crunch to them. And the sides were soo small ate them 4 bites each lol. But there customer service is 5 ⭐️ tho.

The worst place in Framingham to go with your family, the service is horrible, very bad, it takes a long time to deliver to you, and the workers are always terrible at serving you, I'm sure if there is another place similar, this store will lose all its customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff were very pleasant, we got a bucket of chicken, yummy plenty to go around for four of us, biscuits let's just stop here for a second and recognize the goodness that are biscuits. So tasty! The mashed potatoes were lousy and the gravy may have been thinner than water. I'll skip them in the future. We also grabbed tacos and a gorditto which seemed somewhat small, had it been any smaller I would have said something. Tacos are tacos ....nothing to complain or praise really. I had two major complaints though root beer isn't available... Really? I blame corporate for that not this location. The music in the dining area was horrible, if I wanted to hear a sermon or songs about God I would go to church, when worse the volume was obviously loud. Final comment and I have never worked with food so excuse me if I'm unrealistic but it took a long time to get our food Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The food is great and the people are obviously working incredibly hard. However, they’re severely understaffed. I placed a pickup order for 4:45PM at around 4:25PM. I didn’t receive my food until about 4:55PM. The lot was full so I had to park in a spot that threatened to tow me if I was there for more than 15 minutes. I almost didn’t make it back on time to work because of this. I’m lucky I didn’t get towed. Given three starts strictly because a couple of people there have a really positive attitude, and I work retail so I get it.
