When ordering from any fast food place I don't expect a 5 star service. But what I do expect is the customer service to know what's in the food, for example if I ordered a bowl of their chicken ,mashed potatoes, fries, gravy, and corn as it shows on the giant board inside I expect the person who makes it to know the difference between that and their Famous bowl. This lady blatantly informed us she had no idea the difference between the two items. (She also informed another set of customers the same thing.) That should have been my clue to walk out, especially since she didn't even try to find out the answer. The chicken sandwiches we ordered didn't even have the pickles that come with it. Had we received our food a decent amount of time I wouldn't have even bothered writing a review of this restaurant, but since it tool over 40 minutes to receive our food and we received complaints from the only other customer in the restaurant (her order was incorrect) I felt the need to do so. The owner and management need to take a look at these reviews and conduct some in-house customer service training. In short, our orders were wrong, 2 sandwiches were wrong, 1 bowl was wrong, missing ingredients, and the person making the food was the one taking the order. This is unacceptable, especially when they weren't busy. Not much traffic in the drive-through, only one other customer inside and 40 minutes to receive 3 sandwiches, 1 bowl and 1 box of tenders. On a side note we informed another customer of how long we were waiting and they left immediately. This crew they had at 12:40 on Wednesday February 14th need some training. I don't recommend this specific restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It appeared there were a total of three people working at lunch time on a Wednesday. It took a few minutes for Latonya (name on receipt) to come to the counter to take our order. It was difficult to understand what she was saying. I asked what the difference was between the two bowls that were available because there was a tiny picture on the overhead behind the counter and a large picture of another beside the register. She stated, "I don't know." I recoiled at that response, my family of five placed our orders and waited a total of 40 minutes to get our complete order, to which I was also given the wrong bowl, even though the correct one was on the receipt. When taken to the counter, they made a whole new bowl, which was unexpected, when just a few items needed to be added to the one they gave me. Another party of four had came into the restaurant after us, it's possible they had ordered online (unknown), but they received their order before us. While waiting for our food, they had told us the wait was horrible and their order was not correct. When our complete order was delivered the food tasted fine and seemed to be cooked properly (we prayed we wouldn't get sick from it and we haven't). The interior of this restaurant is bright and updated, but tables and chairs weren't wiped down. Overall a disappointing experience and will not be returning to this location as it seems from other reviews that this location has had the same issues for a long while. I came through drive at 10:23pm before closing at 11 and they were completely out of everything except White chicken. I even asked if I could do the famous bowl without the chicken and the lady just kept saying all they have is white chicken so I left. Definitely won’t be coming back especially with attitude from staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never had a good experience at this KFC. Today was no different. I only went because my son wanted to for a special occasion. After over 30 minutes of waiting (so much for fast food), I got the wrong chicken. I told the cashier I wanted a thigh and drumstick. She then asked did I want white or dark meat. I told her a thigh and a drumstick. I got a broken wing and a breast that was dry and chokey. The skin was also so crispy I couldn't eat most of it and the biscuit, which normally is overly buttery, was boring and not at all buttery. It tasted like dough basically. Edit: Just got over the food poisoning. That was a fun experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I work her right now. Enjoy your rotten contaminated chicken. They make us cook expired smelly green and black chicken. There's green and black mold everywhere. Everyone cross contaminates except me. chile I waited so long for chicken! Jesus could have come and raptured the church, and we still would have been waiting. I said, "what we waiting so long for; did they have to go to Kentucky and get the chicken?" The hen was hiding in the barn! The rooster came home to roost, and I was still in line waiting. I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. They informed me there would be a wait, but not to that extreme. I went into the restaurant after waiting thirty minutes parked in the drive-thru and inquired about my food. The employee responded that it would be a few minutes and that I had already been told that when I ordered. I mentioned that I had been waiting 30 minutes. I finally received my food, went home, and found a menu item was missing. I called and spoke with the manager regarding missing food. The manager was polite, and they noted that I could pick up my missing food. I have just visited the location to pick up my missing food, a small coleslaw, and was asked to pull forward. When I questioned why we had to pull forward for a small dish of coleslaw, I was informed that it was because of the timer. I was not treated as a valued customer here. Drove 20 min to wait 30 min in the drive thru.. when I figured they forgot about me I went inside to get my food. Once I got home I realized they forgot my family sized mac and cheese.. wasn't in the mood to drive another 20 min to pick up Mac and cheese. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order ahead but always end up waiting anywhere from 30 min to 1.5 hours after arrival for food. Staff is nice enough, but doesn't anywhere near makeup for long wait times, especially when I am the only customer there at the time. Manager did apologize and explain they have a new cook, but they definitely need some support from corporate to help this issue. Have not had any problems with the food though.
