And don't bother informing customer service. No personal connections to find out what the issue was. Not everyone wants a free meal. My experience is everything that is wrong and should be expected if you let shoes run your feet. I will still support the brand. Really, we all grew up with KFC. But not this store. Sorry team ...bad bad fail here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is very sad and disappointing seeing the poor service at this store. The staff seems like they are forced to work. U can tell by seeing their facial expressions that those people have no passion for serving KFC customers. I m doing UberEATZ partime it is even worse to us as couriers that we have to wait loooong to get helped. Yesterday I waited for an hour and 15mins to get helped. Even the customer tracked the time I got to the restaurant. When we address this issue to your staff they are very rude to us couriers. I don't understand how do your hire someone with zero passion for serving customers . Please KFC Paarl east learn from Paarl Mall KFC staff about how to serve customers. I found the other couriers yesterday there already been waiting for long. What type of service is this? Forgive me if I m wrong but clearly your staff need to go for serious customer service training. Very bad services that couriers gets. Do something about this please.

We did takeaway chicken for our journey to Johannesburg, it just seems as if you cannot avoid waiting exceptionally long for your order at the majority of KFC's wherever you go, maybe it's just part of the package if this is your preferred meal Decor is always appealing.

60 Asanda just gave me the worst service I have ever experienced at any KFC. Get rid of this rude team member. Everyone else is always friendly Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Lot's of staff present therefore should be no reason why the womans Toilets were dirty with toilet paper strewn on the floor. Please monitor Toilets more frequently. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time been there in the last week.attitude for what I don't know. Stand and wait whilst the server continues to call the cashier who helped us with such an attitude. Just never a pleasent going there. They need to get tips from the KFC at Paarl Mall. I will in future be going there.
