Great place to dine It's far for me though but the meals are worth it Friendly staff and place is neat I go there for ice cream the most , when I find it finished ish I think of the distance ,🤪😅🤤😋 It's a great dine place alone friends family colikas etc Wifi somehow but hope it improves wifi Keep great work to all staff there Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!! Having to wait in long lines, just when you about to order, they don't have any stock, but there's no "out of stock" on the items. They never have enough stock or Infact any stock!!!! Very disappointed really. And the staff so arrogant and disrespectful.

The food is great but they need to keep their ice cream machine in good order, always broken. They are always apologizing for not having something on their menu. No pineapple, no cheese, etc. They can do better.

Please improve on customer service, and also why is that they sell us rotten chicken? I have experience this twice and I must say am very disappointed. If the Otjiwarongo KFC don’t improve they will surely loss customers.
