Ordered a 2 piece snack plate combo. One of the chickens was very dry and tough, giving the impression that it was double fried. The coleslaw also had a bad after taste which seems a bit spoiled. Terrible food experience, I was expecting better! But it is definitely a good spot for hosting events and hanging out, the area is comfortable and spacious! Not much comments for the service crew here, but they seemed to be on the ball, keeping the area clean and tidy from first impression.

RM20+ get this kind of burger. KFC is going down. I regret to purchase this. Far beyond what exhibit in marketing poster. I know illustration is better but believe me, burger at WOODFIRE JB taste better look better.

We went there to dine in , unfortunately we were very disappointed. Once we order and pay at the counter, my husband and son wait at the counter to take food, while me and my 2nd son go to the table. Every table wasn't clean, it was so dirty , and every table had a plate and rubbish. I tried to call a girl to ask them to clean, after waiting for 10 minutes, no one came there clean. I decide to take the plates to the cleanings table. And clean our table with wet tissue.
After that, when we enjoying the kfc, got some item is missing, then go to counter again. then only they said oh yeah go miss this drink. Not happens to us only, other people too. Hope management look and check careful.tq.

I have never been interested because every time I go there, the chicken is small, dry and not tasty, and I feel it is not worth it. Today was beyond my expectation. The chicken was juicy and delicious. I was very happy to eat it for the first time in a long time. I hope this level can be maintained
