date was 10/07/2022 Absolutely Horrible... The place is not properly cleaned tables are full of dust, Big sound with the Music, few lights are available in the restaurant area. Cashier and the staff not friendly. Staff takes no interest in keeping the place cleaned, they are busy chatting with other members. We bought a family sawan and french fries. The meal was un-edible because it was too salty. Shame KFC 👎👎👎👎

KFC at katugasthota, restaurant for chicken based food. Specialised on their chicken flavour. If you look for offers every Wednesday they do have their offers for chicken buckets and etc. Rice is not that good, just for the name. Biriyani isn't the real one but it's said as biriyani. Chicken ofcourse tastes good. Every bill has an 10% off of you review them using the link on their bill. Every order will take minimum time of 20mins to be prepared.

23 June, visited with my kids and got takeaway sawan and 10 pieces, total bill exceed 4k. Asked just 2 empty boxes as my kids won't be able to have sawan in vehicle with same container. Manager was 0% polite and refused, even I was ready to pay for empty boxes but he said he can't offer 2 empty boxes. Pathetic service and I need someone to complain about this and can provide all evidences. I and my family are good, regular customers but really disappointed, hence changed the previous review.

Good place and very relax place and you can go out with your family kids and you can taste lot of chicken in here KFC chicken and they have a class certificate of Sri Lankan Government I am really satisfied.. but parking space have to improve

Normally KFC is a high quality place but I find this place a bit lacking. The reason was that even though the AC was on, it was very difficult to think of the flies. Ordered a Sawan. The Rice was good and the portion was suffice for 3 people. I'm giving stars for the quantity of chicken they have included and the quality of thier rice. It was fair for the price but I have to reduce stars because of the taste of chicken that was under seasoned and soggy. KFC state to be specialized in the chicken when they say they make the "world tastiest chicken". But all I could notice was everything other than the chicken was good. Hope they take necessary quality measures regarding this.
