I ordered KFC online yesterday and selected curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes, but they didn't send the order to me. It happened to me twice. The first time, I waited almost half an hour. I went inside and saw my order already on the counter, waiting to be delivered or picked up. They didn't even say sorry for not sending my order to me. It's also not rush hour, even though it is lunchtime. Because there were few diners.They also seem to be more relaxed. My advice is that if the store can't provide the curbside option, then take it out of the selection. On selection, only place the self-pickup at the counter. Lastly, I really hope that the co-worker will be more alert to every request from the customers. The order was read, and the customers' wise choices were noted.
came for kids meal set d original chick 9.30pm, got orders at 1030pm...staff more keen to clean n close than serving..fast food? roadside restaurant can get those order faster i think

Service is okay. Maybe the cashier is new so a lil confusion going on there. They talk to each other (complaining abt something) (i hope its not abt me) bcs i heard something like 'tu namanya tak faham bahasa'?? ive work in f&b before, if u want to lepas geram pls dont do it infront of the customers :)
