The staff worker Faye needs to get a promotion she has been working for years and still has the best customer service in the entirety of the world and the food was amazing ( Well maybe except for the frys but they were still good ). It's a KFC, the KIWI's second love after rugby. Seriously the service is really quick which is important as they are always choker full! They have stepped up their game of late. Had a awful time waiting 25 minutes in their drive through and another 5 minutes waiting to have our order taken just be told that they aren’t going to take our order to clear all the cars in the drive through. After waiting for over an hour after my delivery time, and after a call to ask where my food was. Only to be essentially told, good luck, but the food was sitting there waiting to be picked up by the driver. I don’t want food that has been sitting for nearly 1 1/2 hours. Got delivery, ordered online. Asked for no tomato and Coke Zero as shown on the receipt. Called to let them know they gave us no onion not tomato and the lady was rude and said we ordered no onion. My partner didn’t even get to mention the Coke when she hung up the phone and now won’t answer their phone.

Faye C is a the biggest credit to kfc, her service today was possibly the best customer service I have received in my life, if anyone leaves in a bad mood after interacting with Faye it would be a miracle, never buy upsizes but couldn’t say no!
