Store always has issues I don't wanna lie .. its either cards ain't working .. ice cream machine faulty or wings outta stock.. everyday story..oh and another thing staff has favoritism of customer's..there are customer's who don't stand in the que

Service is bad. Credit card machine was not working on 2 occasions. No parking in the area because of the minibus taxis. Chicken was soaked in oil. No spoon was given for the mash and gravey. No extra salt in the packets or serviettes.

The tables and floor are always dirty and long queues. Upon close inspection or seems that there is a capacity issue. Not enough staff on the floor.

As the only KFC and established fast food outlet in Flagstaff, it is always packed. However the queue moves faster and the cashiers are friendly.

Probably one of the fastest KFC joints I've ever visited... But that also kind of explains why the food was a bit raw.
