Worst experience ever. I am coming to this KFC for last 2 years. Now the service and food is getting worse. The chicken wing is old and disgusting. Stuffs don't behave well. They treated us carelessly. No happy at all. Now this is the third time I am experience bad behavior with bad food. Paid for tasteless craps. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €5–10

Very bad service in KFC .I go in KFC Today I order burger but I see in Staff one fat lady she is very bad behaviour and She don't take my order for I am still waiting but she doesn't respond me .I feel very bad 😞 . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered food and paid,the there was no other table was sitting over there,we were only two. Staff place the order and I waited for food.after 10 min when I check on screen it shows the order is ready.and went to take order and at that time staff relise that order didn't even started preparing,they were only talking and keep me waited for almost 25 mim for small order without any reason.

This KFC location in Google maps under the open now showed it was open. 11.25 am I went using drive through and was surprised when employee came out telling me that they were closed only opening at 11.30. I drove out. Today, as we all know the population living in this HIGH RISK municipal area have to be home by 1pm. We hear how restaurants are claiming major losses due to the Rules imposed (restaurants open from 8 am to 1 pm only deliveries after 1pm) this particular KFC does no delivery. Thus showing that they will only be serving the public for 1 hour and 30 minutes during this confinement period. Hope they will not be one of many stating major losses and asking for government help. All I can say is Bad management cause major losses. KFC CRUZ DE PAU please update you Open and close time.

Friendly and efficient. They have less options that other KFCs in other countries. You can find coupons and exclusive offers in their website if you wanna save some money.
