I was very disappointed with their service, apart from them not understanding their own pictures on their own menu they totally screwed up our order. We specifically asked them to check it, they checked it a 3rd time, and said everything was there and they are sure. We then went home to discover that they had not placed our kids food into the order so we ended up giving our food to our kids. They didn't give us what we ordered and whats worse is that we asked for coke zero specifically and they gave us normal cokes, a mistake like that given to the wrong person at the wrong time could put someone in real danger. Easily the best KFC I have visited in a long time, plus they are open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient when most places are closed on a Sunday night. Food was freshly made, and staff were friendly and helpful. Just avoid the nuggets. They're very dry, which is an issue with KFC overall. Ŵhen i arrive the main doors was closed already. I went to the drive through and asked the lady if there is enough cooked chicken. We then waited more than a hour just to get to the pay point. There excuse was that they needed to cooke new chicken. My point is, are they not suppose to make sure rhat if the chicken pieces are low to cook in advance to make sure there is no waiting time. Secondly if the car at the collecting point is waiting for what ever is out of stock just ask them to wait in front of the shop and that someone will bring it to him. I also asked the lady if the shop is closed and replied yes but at the side door people was coming and going with orders. Where is the manager to manage the store???? The inconsistency of this place leaves a distasteful taste. Like the dunked wings or has too little sauce then too small not as it were. We ask for streetwise five with out wings what do we get ? Wings... So eventually we won't support this company any more. Lately the chicken were dry so I think alot of space for improvement.

Very bad service, no communication and waiting time is way to long. I really think they need to sit down with the staff and managers and plan properly especially in rush hour. You cannot start defrosting chicken during rush hour and expect to have a successful cliental and happy customers. I really felt sorry for the employers working at KFC, mostly because it is due to poor management and not planning ahead of time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
