It's a pleasant experience to taste good pizza, prawns and shrimp tacos. A lot of guests find that cheesecakes here are tasty. This place is known for delicious craft beer or good whiskey. The warm atmosphere of this bar makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The success of Keg and Barrel West wouldn't be possible without the cool staff. Great atmosphere! Food is pretty good too.. They did have a hummus plate that was good and a Rueben sandwich that was good but not enough Thosand Island....nor was it offered on the side to dip. And I have never seen Oysters this small before! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I go here quite often and love everything about this place. The food is amazing. The drinks are great, and the service is always great. They have some of the best salsa also! It's better than some of the Mexican restaurants around town. The waiters are always friendly, and you never have to wait on them. The restaurant is always clean as well. My wife and I were out for Valentines Day dinner and picked Keg and Barrel West to enjoy a nice evening and dinner. With that, I will note that I seldom write a bad review, and try to look at the positives even when things could be better, but this experience was BAD, so here goes. The good: nice place and the waitress was good, the app (Greek Dip Duo) was good and the spinach salad was good . Now the bad: Ordered Crab crusted Flounder with crab cake. It was truly AWEFUL . Bitter taste, mushy fish, even the crab cake was soft and runny. I took two bites and sent it back (I can not remember EVER sending food back) The waitress apologized and returned with a menu for me to order something else. She apologized again and said the Manager wanted to speak with me to find out what was wrong. I said I appreciated that and would gladly talk with the manager. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! I then ordered the Red beans and Rice (safe option, right....WRONG.) It came out with undercooked beans and over cooked rice. The sausage was long links laid out on top like an after-thought, I ate about 1 bite. So, we left paying $60 for two drinks, an appetizer, one salad and one entree knowing we wouldn't be back. Was just in town 4 a day. Went w some friends 2 this local joint. All I can say was AWESOME!! Had THE BEST service. Our server was new and yet... made spot on recommendations on the menu AND the beer when queried. All our food was good, not great, but appropriate for the price point. :) Would DEFINITELY recommend. My husband and I went last night. We go on Thursdays for steak night. My husband decided to order something else instead. He got the spicy chicken and waffle. He chicken was ok. The waffle was inedible! No offer was made to remake it. Server said it could not be returned or taken off the bill because he had already eaten the chicken!!! Lost two customers!! My white sangria, CHALMATION burger, parmesan garlic fries, and chips & queso, were SO delicious! Reasonably priced! Very friendly server! I loved the aesthetic of the place, as well! We just moved here from NC and it will definitely be a regular place to eat for us!

Worst food I've ever had. I simply ordered 2 servings of chicken with waffles for my boyfriend and I, each plate costing $13. The food did not look the best so I didn't bother with a picture. The chicken tasted edible, not bad at all. However, the waffles tasted like nothing but baking soda. It was so bad we had to immediately spit it out. I asked for some kind of compensation and they claimed the best they could do was take off $3 for each plate. So I brought up the ending price would be $10 for 3 extremely skinny chicken tenders, to which they claimed that's the worth of the chicken. I've never been so appalled by a restaurant served something so bad that your tongue begins to burn from whatever they put in their waffles, only for them to still claim that their food is still worth near full price. The waitress was still sweet, but her manager seriously could've handled our situation better considering that the dish was inedible. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
