Please don’t WASTE your money! Even if it’s your last option; you can find better in your own kitchen!! The food via door dash is FALSE advertising. How on earth are these chips worth $10? In that case, I can buy a block of cheese at that price! Half the portion is so lazy. I had the Tandoori Chicken Burger; tomato was mushy. The chicken was shredded chicken with a bit of Peri Sauce Mayo on top. Having read the reviews prior, I was expecting a better meal. Called the store and spoke with the manager, all he did was blame ‘new’ staff and kept offering to remake the food if I pick it up tomorrow. As the new member in town i went to kebab heaven for first time and ordered burger for my wife…. And guess what the burger that I ordered was so delicious so delicious that just today i went there and order the burger for me and my wife and yes it was really good ….. i m seriously loving it….. I hate to go against the crowd, but average is fair. The first time was a 5/5 and I swore this was my new local. Tonight was disappointing. I find olives and jalapeños odd to have in a kebab. So many olives it was inedible once I discovered a clump in the middle of my wrap. Initial visit was average. Service was acceptable, but despite requesting no onions, they were still included in the kebab. There's plenty of room for improvement; given the emphasis on "kebabs" at this West Auckland shop, the experience and food could be significantly enhanced. I tried Kebab Heaven for this first time today. I tried to order online but their system was not working. The assistant was helpful and gave me a discount that has offered if you made the purchase online. I bought two of the mixed meats on rice with salad. The portion size was good and plenty of meat. Also bought nuggets and chips for my wee fella and tried three of the donuts with chocolate, only got one donut and the chocolate did not taste that great so not good value at $4.99 per donut. The meal was cold by the time I got it home but nothing 30 seconds in the microwave cant fix. The flavours were pretty average so I wont be going back but having said that the price was very good, all things considered. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Ask for a falafal kebab via uber eats but ending up sending hash brows instead! Unbelievable I had to call them to check and apparently they did not have falafel! You have to go here and support local, I recommend getting the lamb kebab wrap with garlic aioli, homemade hummus and the mint sauce - thank me later. 10/10 kai

I Had my first experience in kebab heaven today, I think it’s safe to say it truly is heaven! The staff is super friendly, helpful and excellent to speak with. The prices aren’t too bad for what you get either, overall I highly recommend you give this new place a taste! Super happy! Was disgusted with what i saw in this shop . Smoking and picking nose. Then handled money. Then made food without washing hands. Yuck. Will not be back! Some of the good reviews look a little suspect as we're put up the day before officially open
