The biggest question I have is, How are they still operating with such bad service? This KAUAI has to be the worst one yet. You would swear the people who work there do not get paid. They are so impatient and rude, it’s repulsive how they treat PAYING customers. I ordered a wrap and it was so soggy and not fresh, I actually got food poisoning from it WHILE PREGNANT… I just read some of the reviews and I wish I had done that before setting foot there because I almost died. Hard lesson learned. Definitely will not be going back there. I kindly ask for the “generic” response to not come my way. I will go out of my way to click on any link to say the same thing I’ve already said here. This review is solely for potential customers who may consider going to this KAUAI. Kauai Hazeldean is probably the worst Kauai in the country. Their service is terrible, the staff’s attitude even worse. You order something simple such as a smoothie, then they either forget about or take a half an hour. Haven’t been to such a terrible as well as dirty Kauai anywhere else in the country. Stuff is always dragging their feet and not attending to customers. The food never tastes the same, you could eat everything on the menu but always tastes different everytime you have it. The smoothies are inconsistent. Either lumpy or watery. This is honestly one of the worst places to get anything and everything from. I'm a big Kauai fan but this particular operation is very different to what I'm used to. I've been here a handful of times after my training sessions and 9/10 there's always some issue. It get the orders wrong, it takes unusually long, quality the food is poor, some ingredients are missing or just in the wrong quantities and you always leave feeling like you got the short end of the stick. Hopefully someone will see this and realise that there's a problem. Just avoid this place and stop supporting these poorly run franchises. Meal type Brunch Price per person R 100–150

The service there is always terrible, they are rude. They don’t greet me, even when I greet first. I workout there so I always place an order for a smoothie before my class(45min) but always when I have to collect it’s either they didn’t make the smoothie which I have to wait or they don’t attend to me for a pick-up like I literally have to stand there for like 15 min just for a pick-up and even go to an extend of asking if someone is going to help me. Selaelo to be particular is the worst… they don’t give serviettes at all you literally have to beg for it 😒. Terrible Service Take out Meal type Other

I bought a superfood bowl and a spicy avo greens bowl, that took 30mins to prepare. When the food finally came, it was all Lettuce and 4 broccoli with a little bit of carrot. This is shocking. Too make matters worse I was told that instead of a superfood bowl I was given a avo falafel bowl. As for the spicy avo greens dish, it was full of rice. The entire experience was horrific.

For quite some time now I have been concerned about the consistency of quality of the smoothies that are prepared at this outlet. My favourite Kauai smoothie happens to be the Peanut-butter Bomb. There are certain of the staff that prepare a brilliant Peanut-butter Bomb and others that just couldn't care less and make the product very watery. Yesterday (03/12/2019) was such a day. When I mentioned to the staff member concerned that the smoothie was not up to standard, she just gave me a blank stare and walked back into the back kitchen. Very poor show.

Their staff are unfriendly. I stood at the counter the young lady clearly saw me, then went to the back, she did not greet me or acknowledge me, she never came back. I left the gym with no smoothy, now I just pass.
