Absolutely disgusted after today. Client cancelled order due to flies that was on the food. Which was a problem. But the main problem was the guy which was supposed to be the man in charged came up apologising with his hat on his head turned sideways like he's a skaterboy apologising. When the client left him and the staff made jokes about it laughing for everyone to hear it. Why apologise if you don't mean it at all? Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food is good. Smoothies are not as great as we are used to from other Kauai outlets, their C-Breeze was especially not up to standard. The biggest disappointment was that we were unable to claim the free birthday smoothie from the Kauai app, as apparently "their system" wasn't working with the app. No other option was offered in terms of discount to accommodate for this either. Super expensive for the most horrible buger and shake i have ever had in my life... Wanted to get a salad but leave were so wilted etc did not look great so i settled for a burger and that patty was def not beef. I saw kauai was a ghost town , but went in anyway because of the name... will NEVER be back. Food: 1 Service: 5

This is the first time I am rating a restaurant but I visit this kauai regularly (atleast once a week) and I cannot manage to get decent service from this branch not once, they don’t know their menu, they don’t know the app at all, they take forever and always leave ingredients out because they don’t have stock but won’t inform you. We've only been twice and we've had negative experiences there everytime. Rude staff who don't want to assist, lack of product (couldn't take away my coffee due to them having no cups or covers) We frequent Oakfields and El Ridge and they are absolutely amazing. It is definitely a negative branch and won't be going back there again! Atmosphere: 1

My reason for a 1 star review is that I wanted to use a voucher that was alocated on the Kauai app and was not able to do so because they having app issues? This is my first ever bad experience with a kauai, normally the one at mall of Africa Is my go to however we tried harvest place today, our wraps were so horribly burnt that it tasted terrible and also they didn't put mayonnaise as asked for in my wrap...highly disappointed and don't think I will be returning there again. According to the times on goigle you close at 19h00. I was there at 18h35 and the place was closed. Very disappointed. Please change the hours so that we won't drive unnecessarily. Service: 1
