Had the Pork Tenderloin Katsu and Soba Combo. The pork was very tender and the breading was light/fluffy and crunchy which is how i like it. But i know some ppl prefer different types of breading. Soba was also great. Gives lots of noodles. Definitely will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered the Pork Loin Katsu, and it seemed like they made it in large batches and possibly froze it, as the batter came off the meat quite easily. However, the taste was okay, and the portion size was generous. It's a suitable option if you're looking for affordable Katsu, but I wouldn't expect too much in terms of quality. My favorite katsu place! I recently ordered the cheese katsu, and it tasted amazing. I was amazed at how crisp it stayed even after a long drive. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had this wonderful katsu udon combo after the grocery shopping. Never expected this much quality, but way better than any katsu places in LA. Definitely visit there again if I go to Seattle again. The cheese katsu was "must get one". Overall 5 starts Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pork loin cutlet lacked some taste because I felt like it should be juicier with better crunch and taste to eat since it was kind of mushy and plain. Although I still liked the other foods I had because they were delicious; so, they were fine for me. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I was a bit worried when I saw the change in ownership, but I ordered my usual order of cheese katsu. I was very pleasantly surprised. The new owner's katsu far exceeds the quality and taste of the previous owner. It was also great to see him make each order freshly, using fresh, non-dried panko for breading. The breading was nice and crispy, and the meat was incredibly juicy. He definitely didn't skimp out on the cheese either, there was a bunch right in the center. The presentation of the dish was also very modern, with the katsu cut and the cheese centered rather than sandwiched between two thin loins like the previous owner. You likely won't find katsu better than this in the Pacific Northwest, and this is coming from an owner of a sushi restaurant who has spent over a decade working with Japanese cuisine. Very impressive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is a reason the place next door is busy. Extra side dish of rude attitude is free. Your choice. Oh, and don’t ask for a napkin — he needs to see your receipt. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
It used to be tasty and krispy couple years ago. But i don't know what happened recently, but every time i go, the katsu is soggy. It's a definite no-go for katsu to be soggy no matter what. Service Take out Food: 1
