I’ve gone to get coffee several times and the service has been extremely friendly and is always very welcoming. They’ve always done a great job at making coffee. I’m a transfer student coming in as a junior and the first time I came in they asked me how I was doing and said hi and I immediately felt welcomed keep up the great work. My Katora tofu wrap was cold in the middle. I ordered an everything bagel but they gave me an Asiago bagel and I’m vegan. I asked for vegan cream cheese and they gave me regular cream cheese. I ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee and it wasn’t that good tbh and they made two by accident then got mad at me for it. I’m normally very satisfied with Katora but today was disappointing. I might not be returning. :(

iced teas are okay but not worth the price. all of the lattes taste the same and the iced drinks are super watered down. got a hot matcha with honey and soy milk and tasted like pasta water. poor quality and not worth the price. i hope the katora down town is better
