Tried their Bulanglang without shrimp and Pancit Bihon! The portion size made me go “woah” (literally). One portion size is more than enough for three to four people. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Oh man, this place has the most dope Filipino food I've ever had!! the atmosphere is quite friendly and welcoming, the food is undoubtedly comfort food that is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding!! As close to eating in Manila as u can get without getting on a plane!! I can't say there is any dish I would not recommend but I did enjoy the fried pork leg. I would generally recommend anything fried at this place. the noodle dishes are also when wonderfully light. the prices are friendly, the portions are sizeable and the bathrooms are nicely accessible. Highly recommend the fried fish, as well. parking is not so easy but get there early or prepare yourself for a bit of a walk which is not necessarily bad since the portions are so big you will likely want to walk it off. highly recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Huge portions! Oxtail kare kare yum. Halo halo yum. Chicken veggie tamarind soup too salty but packed with okra, green beans, onions, and green veggies. Also warms the insides. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Crispy pata? More like Crispy mata since flavors like that can kill. Whatever your idea of great tasting food is, forget it. Your taste buds are in for an education the moment you try the food here. Decor is a little dated, but maybe that's what grants the hometown Filipino appeal. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Crispy Pata
If I could choose zero star I would. Its sucks! You posted 8pm close. You should be considerate to people's effort. When they post their time to be open till 8pm and we arrive at 7:20 they said they wont take any orders. PLS. CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 7:30 PM IF YOUR NOT ACCEPTING CUSTOMER SINCE WE CAME FROM FAR SIDE OF THE City N EXPECTING WE CAN MAKE IT AT 7:30 ONLY TO BE TURN DOWN.
This is an awesome family-style Filipino restaurant in South City. I hadn't been to a proper Filipino restaurant before (only cafeteria style) so I was able to find some stuff that not only had I never seen before, but found completely unrecognizable. Awesome! Also, if you're walking in blind, know that the portions are huge- literally every single table was stuffing takeout containers. I was just with my friend, so a single dish would have been more than enough, but we got 2 for variety, so I'm good for lunch and dinner. The food itself was delicious! I didn't know Oxtail (my friend's favorite) was a Filipino dish, but it's always a treat. For a vegetable to balance it out, we got banana blossoms with "Dilit" (a small fish). Both were great, although when I saw the blossoms come out in an unrecognizable melange I was intimidated- something I can't usually say about food! All in all, a great experience and if I ever end up in South City I'll give it another go.
I ordered fish sinigang and crispy pata for take out for my family and half way on our meal I found a small dead COCKROACH in the sinigang! We felt sick, disgusted and nauseated. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
Good, authentic Filipino food and like what most Filipino's want, good prices with large quantities.

I went here with my Filipino family and none of us were impressed. We all found the food bland and boring, overloaded with MSG. Wife and I went home and couldn't sleep all night, we were sweating and restless, so we know they pack the food with so much MSG...the owner/cook doesn't understand if you actually make the food good, you don't need MSG. Anyway, we all through it was just boring, bland, flavorless food, and won't be back.

The place could need some improvement. Savory food! The Sisig could be renamed "Pork Inihaw cubes on Sizzling Plate" to make it more original for the place. Good food! Staff need to smile more to make customers, both local or from out of town, feel welcome.
