Lovely place but I think they need more staff when is crowded and they of course can be more accommodating. The food is good, though I don't recommend the Piadina.

Coffee is good, specialty well prepared and with high but fair price. Never able to sit at a table. Siting down is not an option if you are not a regular. :) Maybe something to consider - smoking area is always full and foggy.

Coffee seems to be great in an exceptional location however customer service doesn’t exist ! Every time I went there no employee smiles and feels like they don’t want you to be there. Sort out your staff it’s all I can suggest.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere and great coffee! Breakfast is really nice, burgers are usually fine although sometimes the buns are not always freshly baked... This is a lovely place with delicious food be it breakfast (loved the Karaffe Toast, Maxi Toast London) or dinner/lunch (Diavola Pizza). Am comandat o cafea, am primit-o dupa 15 minute, desi nu era asa aglomerat. Am cerut un pahar cu apa de 3 ori (10 minute) ca sa il primesc. Pe scurt cafeaua ok, personalul lasa de dorit. I ordered a coffee and waited 15 minutes for it, even if it wasn't crowded. After that I ordered a glass of water for the coffee, I had to call the waiter 3 times(10 minutes) to finally bring me the glass of water. Briefly, the coffee is ok but the staff doesn't do a good job. Service Dine in Meal type Other
